I have tried to call this store several times to find out about the status of my husband’s RX which was not ready yesterday when my doctor placed the prescription. It was supposed to be ready and it was not. Instead, I was directed to drive to Walgreens instead. I was told the RX may be ready today and to call for status but no one answers the phone at this store! This is OUTRAGEOUS! No one answers the phone at this poorly managed store - Not even a store manager! I spent nearly an hour waiting in an endless telephone tree. I one ever came to the phone. What country are we living in now? it’s turned into a 3rd world country! Horrible experience! Terrible customer service because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to Walgreens for your meds!
Desired outcome: Improved customer service. Have someone at CVS answer their phone. Specifically , when it comes to the status of prescriptions which could be deadly if not managed properly.
