CVS review: Store parking lot extremely dirty

My CVS store is located at 3604 Pinhook Rd Broussard LA 70518 & this is a complaint regarding the parking lot.

I last visited this store (WED) 01/12/2023 at approximately 4:30pm. The parking lot, for no better word, was disgusting, (extremely dirty). I understand you have no control over what the clientele does; however, I would assume CVS would take more pride in the store's appearance. No idea whose responsibility it is to maintain the stores appearance. I have complained about this once before and it was temporarily resolved. I apologize for not taking photos.

Desired outcome: Better manage the stores outside appearance.
