CVS review: Staffing hours and understaffing

CVS has gone from one of the best stores and pharmacy to the bottom of the dung heap. Your store's staff are useless and lazy. You don't have cashiers to save money. Your kiosks for self checkout are horrible. Always asking you to place the item on the scale when it is already there. Then I have to wait 10 minutes for staff to waive their card over the machine and then the same thing happens with the next item. Your pharmacies do not publish their true open hours as I just returned from a trip that said the pharmacy closed at 7 and I got there a 6:45 and it was closed. I am moving all my prescriptions and business elsewhere and have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and as the northeast rep for AAA I will make it my mission to ensure none of our members use your stores as it is cruel punishment to have a 70 year old walk to the store with a foot injury only to find your staff through it would be a great day to leave early.
