CVS review: Staff being unsupported

I see regular lack of support for CVS employees at 313 Washington Street, San Diego, CA 92103. These staff endure regular arguments with angry argumentative hysterical individuals, feces on the sidewalk, encampments, on the CVS sidewalk, robberies "under $950 in California."

This staff is incredible with knowledgeable friendliness. I live nearby and see them in all shifts. However, without local law enforcement, they are forced to be law enforcement, regulator, protector, security, and customer servants.

Where are their corporate managers, protecting them? Assisting them during these insane aggressive angry outbursts? I doubt they were hired for all of these roles, and I doubt upper management grasps what it's like to work in one of these locations. Can one of the UPPER managers in CVS come work at the 313 Washington St, San Diego, CA 92103 location?

Across the street, 7/11, once one of their upper managers came down, closed. They couldn't stay above the robberies that are not penalized. Why are the staff subjected to this without true back up or support? These people are lovely. Allowing these crimes and defecation and needles and pandering to continue is giving more rights to the lawless than to your staff. Support your staff.
