I just came to the drive through at CVS in Barrington, RI 02806 to pick up a prescription and arrived at 345 pm, there is a sign at the window saying that drive thru window closes at 4 pm daily, employee came to the window and said I would have to come in to pick my 4 prescriptions totaling over $1000 n cost to my insurance, I said sign says window closes at 4 pm, he and Jessica another employee said you can fit at the drive through until 4 pm we are not going to serve you! This very unprofessional and unacceptable please respond [protected]

Desired outcome: Review procedures and speak to Jessica, not acceptable
