CVS review: Safety and security of customers

I parked my car in the CVS pharmacy parking lot and got out. A woman rolled down her window after seeing me and stated, "What the [censored] is your problem?" I look at her and said "Excuse me?" Then it was "Who do you think you are?" She got out of her car and stated, "Imma smack you across your face you rag-headed [censored]" I asked her to calm down, and she stated, "you hit my car your stupid [censored]. Don't play with me today you ragheaded btich." I am Muslim and I wear a hijab. I did not engage, called 911 because she threaten to hurt me. My mother witness the whole thing. She finally got into the car at told me "to go back to the country you from." I'm from Chicago. Officer Luna from the Milwaukee Police did not see it as a hate crime, even though she made threats to my physical safety because I she perceived me as a "ragheaded [censored]." The assailant was in a silver Toyota Camry Georgia lic plate # cwc7239. 5'5' African American women about 200-230 pounds white button shirt with rainbow stripes, jeans and sneakers.
