Every time I try to pick up a prescription at the store located at 2251 York Crossing Dr. York, PA 17408, t is not ready on time. I had a message stating that my medication would be ready by 2 pm on 06/14 and when I went to get it on 06/15 at 11 am I was told it wasn't ready. No apology, no excuse, Nothing. When I complained, the pharmacist laughed in my face and turned away?!

I have never been shown such disrespect, it is upholding. I will also complain to The Target store in which the pharmacy is located.

Desired outcome: Contact the pharmacy and educate the employees on customer service. An apology for his behavior would also be nice.
