Today I called to refill my daughter's scripts for her asthma meds and I made an request to update them to the doctor's office, the last time I called to refill them and it looks they didn't do what I requested so here we are for 2 months my daughter has been suffering during allergy season! I spoke to the doctor and she stated that they just received the medication refill. The problem is that when I made an attempt to do so last time I called it looks like the staff never put the previous prescription refill to the doctors office as I requested. The doctors office have me that information when I spoke to them the other day.

Desired outcome: For the person to be fired! I need to be compensated for the negligence
