CVS review: Prescription - denial of applying insurance

My wife was denied a prescription for test strips for a blood test device. They told her they were $150. That is [censored]. We have had problems with this location before. The machine was no cost, why are the strips so much. The people that work there are unbelievably rude! This happened today Nov. 30, 2021. We have Aetna insurance which is part of your organization, I will not hesitate to change insurance to get away from CVS. I will also file a complaint with Chuck Shumers office. I'll go to a different CVS if necessary, but this issue is going to be resolved!

Desired outcome: Apply the insurance
