CVS review: Picture developing, outstanding charge

Mailed my negatives on 1-2-21, checked doubles. Hoping to get pictures back before mother's funeral 1-15-21. From the 6th thru the 12th I went to the store or called to see if pictures were back. finally the day I went in told the lady I was there for my pictures she said they probably got shredded and I said why she said after 2 weeks we shred them if you haven't picked them up. I said you got to be kidding me, I've been calling and coming in asking for my photos. Then I get phone call saying my pictures are there. He rings me up $60.69. I said what? why so much? he said I dont know? I said call the manager thats way too much. Manager comes and I told her why so much? she said you ordered doubles. I said still not 60 dollars. I said there's nothing you can do? she asked can I open the envelope I said yes. She said no I can't do anything. I said well give me back my negatives. And she said we keep those. I said there's gotta be something you can do? She said the most I can do is half off. So I had no other choice but to pay $30 dollars for only 3 pics out of 51. When I get home there's a date stamped on envelope 1-12-21 next to bold stamp reprint and my negatives are in envelope. I never got cd disk. I have the envelope and negatives that they were supposed to keep in exchange for cd but can not find my receipt. Barcode on pics are [protected] d85 $60.69. Envelope B265014B c210760c
