CVS review: Pharmacy — walk-in flu shot sign posted

On September 28, 2023, at approximately 2:48 pm my girlfriend and I visited your store located at 7706 Milestone Pkwy; Hanover, MD to obtain flu shots. We informed the young lady who spoke to us that we were there for flu shots. There was no one, in the Pharmacy waiting area and we were there for over 10 minutes, and five females in the Pharmacy work area. We were told that we could not get flu shots, without an appointment, although there was a "Walk-in Flu Shots," sign displayed. A young lady, in a white jacket, who did not identify herself spoke up and stated we are not giving walk-in flu shots. I replied, the sign stated Walk-in Flu Shots were available. She denied us the flu shots and I asked for her business card, last name or ID Number so I could file a complaint. She refused and stated, in a racial tone "I don't feel comfortable giving you that information." I called the store today (September 30th) and spoke, with Ms. Angela Morrow for 17 minutes about the situation who advised the Pharmacist on Duty that day was Ms. Olla Kite.

Please counsel Ms. Kite to be sensitive when communicating to customer's needs, and especially towards seniors. Require her to provide her business card, name, or ID when requested from customers to contact management regarding poor and unsatisfactory customer service.
