This pharmacy suddenly never has my prescription HYDROCODONE/ACETAMINIPHEN 10/325 I have to use you all because of my insurance so I am held hostage not being able to have my pain relief so I can function during the day and take care of my children. Someone must be stealing from this location, or a VERY incompetent employee who does the ordering. This has happened 2 months in a row. My Dr. sent the request in on Monday 10/9/2023. Last time they tried to say there was a global shortage for that particular drug. WHAT? 910 W. Davis St. Conroe, Tx 77301

Right now as I type I have been on hold at that pharmacy for over 10 mins without anyone having had picked up. This is call number 2 first one was over 15 mins for them to just pick up the receiver and hang it right up. So rude!

Desired outcome: Have people's medicine. Very simple. In all my years of performing audits the most common reason for suddenly not having a very sought after drug by addics is theft straight up
