She told me that I should still have my meds as prescription just filled June 2, 2023. She ASSUMED I was provided a 30 day supply. She then advised me that if I am out it is because I am miss using the Controlled Substance, insinuating that I am abusing my medication. if she would have done fact finding information on my profile I was only prescribed Enough pills for 14 days therefore I had been out of my medication for 2-3 day because of they kept denying me refill thinking the same thing 30day supply. this situation put me in a panic attack which causes me to trigger my PVC. Amanda manager of pharmacy took very Good care of me and calmed me down enough to be able to drive home.

Nermean Kafatib Unprofessional with Extreme Abuse of Authority after she discovered the misunderstanding, she then says well I guess your right it will take 20 minutes. Abuse of authority No common courtesy. She should lose her License due to this situation. She caused me to have a panic attack, cruel at minimal your company should investigate her who knows how many people I one who will speak up against the stigma for those with Mental Health issues. Amanda took very good care of me from that point on. Amanda saved me from going to the Hospital she should be commended.
