CVS review: Pharmacy

Needed to pick up my prescriptions during my lunch hour on 8/30/2023. It was 12:44. Went into the store because I needed to pick up a couple of extra things. Went to the back of the store and all the gates were down and I could hear people talking. Went back up front and asked the clerk what was up with the pharmacy. He stated they are all at lunch till 1:00. Needless to say, I did not get my prescriptions because I had limited time. It would make sense that the pharmacy would do rotation like every other business when it comes to lunch schedules instead of closing down the pharmacy. I can't imagine of how many senior citizens needed their prescriptions and weren't able to get them because they were shut down. Not to mention some of them don't drive and require needing rides. As a business owner myself, this is bad business.
