My son has an active seizure disorder. I’m a single mom and have no help. He’s on a controlled substance that can’t be filled early so I need to have it pushed through. I can’t even get in touch with a person now as they make you leave messages. I called yesterday afternoon with all RX details. Never recieved a call back. I was forced to call the front of the store to get in touch with someone. The pharmacist wasn’t gonna fill because it was too early. Why do people have to go to through this stress with this Pharmacy? It’s the worst and I’m not the only one feeling the same. Something needs to be done.

Claimed loss: Undue stress

Desired outcome: Allow CVS pharmacy to receive phone calls!!
