I put in for a refill of a drug you are not suppose to stop cold turkey without side effects - I placed the order on Sept4 was told it would be ready next day and it was not always still in process Tried calling and no one ever answered the phone so went in person today and the pharmacist was very grumpy and then fill it - but said this is dangerous to be off of for so long and I said you know that but did not think twice about filling it she told me they don't have enough staff and can't handle prescriptions - really putting people's lives in danger is okay with CVS - time to switch pharmacies

Desired outcome: Need to find a pharmacy that is kind and takes care of their customers.
