The phone won't even ring, they ask you to leave a message and say they'll call back. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. It just goes straight to voicemail and when you ask why they won't answer the phone they just say "you're supposed to leave a message and we will call you back then" literally awful. They always say they're missing my prescription or don't have it, then when I call my doctor she says they have it, then I call them back and they say (after waiting a whole day or 4–8 hours for a call back) that they had it all along and will fill it. Literally infuriated by these people at this point.

The pharmacy address is 5357 Ehrlich Rd, Tampa, FL 33625.

Desired outcome: MAKE THEM ANSWER THE PHONE
