CVS warr Acres Oklahoma, is only giving partial scripts and canceling the order forcing the Dr. to write multiple scripts for the same medication monthly, put a very high strain on the Dr. As I am sure you are aware that it shows on the PMP for a controlled medication, and a call from the Dr. Office the pharmacy still refuses to give them the remaining med that was already signed for saying it is policy to terminate the script even if they do not fill it completely, tell me how this make any kind of sense?

Desired outcome: change policy and fill the dang entire script or at least keep it active for the entire 30 days that it was written for especially when it was the pharmacy that short them on a controlled script
