CVS review: Pharmacy

Your CVS pharmacy at 4475 San Juan Ave, Jacksonville FL 32210 is the store I am complaining about. I am not sure how long ago the changes were put into place however the new staff is the rudest, laziest, and most unorganized staff I have ever seen and I have been using them for many years, Prior to this change the pharmacy was always clean and uncluttered it looked very professional but now it is cluttered and just a complete mess! but the main thing is they do not care about your customer/patients! You make a lot of money between me and my family we have 6 kids and 4 grands and all of our prescriptions go through you and we really had no complaints until recently, it takes 4 to 5 hours to get a prescription filled even though my Doctor calls it in first thing in the morning, I cant pick them up until sometime until 6 or 7 at night which is absurd, I should be able to pick them up on my way home. which is within an hour or so of the call in, and the biggest thing is today I have had a prescription in their since Monday and I know it couldnt be filled until Wednsday plenty of time for them to figure out how to fill it, I just had to call the Pharmacy and the young lady (and I use that loosely) that answered told me that the medicine was on backorder and I needed to call my dr for a sub, I asked her if they were going to call me to let me know that I had been out for a day and a half and all I got was "Oh, I apologize, it is on back order." with a great big attitude! I do not appreciate the attitude of all the staff pretty much at this point seriously thinking of having all our business moved. Thanks for taking the time to read thie.
