CVS review: Pharmacy

To whom it may concern I would like to complain about how I was treated today at one of your stores by the pharmacist in charge I was scheduled to get my covid 19 booster vaccine today at 11:30 when I arrived for my vaccine at 11:30 I was told I could not get it due to a power outage and was told I was sent a text in a rude and dismissive manor from the pharmacist. I stated I did not get a text in fact I received a text only 45 minutes prior as a reminder to arrive early and have all necessary paperwork prior to coming to pharmacy for vaccination. I also spoke to the store manager who did not offer any help or try to offer any help in getting my vaccine after I took the day off from work for the Appointment. The store staff was unhelpful and very unprofessional in helping me with this situation.
