CVS in holiday Florida on 2513 us hwy. the WORST! ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! I am taking this complaint to the higher ups and as many as I possibly can! This is the 12th time since being with this pharmacy that they have messed up my sons medicine. My son has autism and adhd and needs his medicine to focus and learn in school. This pharmacy is constantly screwing it up to the point my entire doctors office is fed up as well!
You can't even get a hold of anyone to help! Phone wait is an hour or longer, 20 to 30 minutes drive through and same as inside and it was like this pre-pandemic! This pharmacy needs some serious help! Neglecting to fill a child's medication! Horrible!

Desired outcome: Get new staff!!
