1-The pharmacy is terribly understaffed and the drive-thru is often closed. Overworked people are often rude to clients of this CVS.
2-I have been told that a prescription is ready, have driven five miles, stood in line to pick up my medicine and stood in line for about fifteen minutes to find out that it had not refilled because the medication wasn't there and I could come back 3-4 days later or go to another CVS.
3-I take Ezetimide, a common enough cholesterol medication. Every time I refill it, it costs more. I have supplemental health insurance, Medicare ABD parts, a supplemental drug plan, and an RX Saver card. At another pharmacy, I was able to fill the prescription for $17.50 instead of the $170 for a 90 day supply at this particular CVS.
4-You do not sell distilled water for CPAP machines. My husband is 81 and I am 77 years old. It requires making an additional stop to find distilled water. We are on social security. You could make our lives easier by carrying the water.
