CVS review: Pharmacy at CVS at Store 8833

I am complaining about a CVS Phamary at store 8833 in san diego.

In feb. 2022 the phamary has Dean and Carrie working their which they are great! Matt was working there, but the day he left everything went to hell like always. Matt was Superman there. He did everything fast and was great.

Dean is very good. but there are 2 girls, a new girl, young and I called in my insulin in morning and she said she would call my dr. to get refilled, well she didn't.. at 4:00 I called and she didn't call, didn't tell Dean I called it in and I had to call mt dr. when I went to pick it up she said we don't have any more of the Trebisa Flexpens, sorry. I got very mad and then she goes and comes back with a box of them. What a liar. Plus when I called in the morning she had to asked me my birthdate 2X and how to spell my last name. She doesn't run my medition thru my insurance. She gave me the wrong pills once and I asked her "did you like at my chart as it states only certain brand medications.

She is terrible. Why do you always hire these dumb girls? and you get let the best people go?

This store is really bad.. And you guys said you got the N95 masks in 2 days ago but everytime my hubby goes there they say didn't get them yet. I know for a fact when the covid19 started your people were hiding cans of Lysol behind the counter for there self.

As far as I'm concerned I have been coming there for over 20 years and the people that are smart and do there jobs, you let go and the dumb ones and the ones that steal, you keep! I just don't understand. You were even over charging us in the Phamary.

So I give that store a 2 star, the Phamary I gave Dean and Carrie 5 Stars and the rest in phamary gets a 1 star from the Rottner's.
