CVS review: Pharmacy at CVS 701 East Main St Clarksburg WV

The CVS on East Main St has become a nightmare. There service is worse than horrible, especially for someone that deals with medicine which is time crucial. I have been out of a stomach medicine which I desperately need. I requested a refill (I get 90 days at a time refills) I received a message I was out of refills, and they would contact my Dr. I received a message they had done so. I called on Sunday 9/24 to see if they were open. I called many times and no answer, so I am assuming they were closed. I went to the pharmacy on Monday, of course they were closed. It was around 5pm, they had been closed all day. This is not acceptable when people need their meds. Next day at work, I literally thought I was going to choke to death, because I had been without my meds for several days. When I eat it gets stuck in my throat bc I am without my med. I go back on Tuesday, I thought they closed at 9 but they close at 8. It was 7:57 and the old crabby lady that works there said with a mean tone, we close at 8. I said yeah I see that, but it is 7:57 so I have 3 minutes. She was very crabby and hateful. Guess what, my meds still wasn't filled. She said now insurance will only give me 90 pills a year. I have been on this medication for many years. IDK what that is all about. So I send a message to my Dr and tell her what the crabby pants said and sent a screen shot. I get msg from Dr taken care of. I go back on Wednesday, same thing, I wait in line, she tells me my Dr has to call insurance blah blah blah. I message my Dr again, I get another message that it has been taken care of. I have meetings after work on Thursday, so I stop by pharmacy, and there are literally 15 people in line. I didn't have time to wait an hour to get my meds which I have a feeling wouldn't be ready anyways. I go back on Friday. Now remember, they close at 8, it is 7:15 and guess what... they are closed again. So now it has been over a week without my medicine. I am know for a fact that I am just a small population of folks that are having issues with this pharmacy. When I can figure out where to go, I am out of there to never ever return again.
