My granddaughter and I were shopping in the CVS at 581 W Channel Islands Blvd, Port Hueneme, CA 93041. I had a horrible feeling that diarrhea was coming, and I had to act fast. We ran to the bathroom, but it was locked. My granddaughter ran to the one and only checker, who said they are not allowed to unlock the bathroom or give us a key.

This was the afternoon of Monday, August 7th, 2023. On our way to the register, we grabbed a package of napkins so I could at least protect my car seat. And I am sure the people near me in the store could smell me. I was uncomfortable, embarrassed, and pretty angry!

If you think any of your stores have a problem with violence, drugs, vandalism, or whatever, hire a security guard. It is disgusting to not allow people to use the bathroom. I wasn't sick and had no idea this might happen. The treatment I received was disgusting, and it made my granddaughter cry!

Desired outcome: I want to be told that you will offer public access to a bathroom at all times in every CVS store! We both would also appreciate getting $500.00 put into my PayPal account for this horrible and degrading treatment.
