Unlawful practices
I thought it was odd that my loan was not on my credit report, I was looking to see how much more I owed. I reached out to the company because I never received a copy of my application, and I wanted one and I wanted to know what my payoff was after paying 1,130.00 for 9 months. My payoff is exactly what I borrowed, my application says it is a promissory...

I was misled by the agent I spoke do when decided whether to take on a $100,000 business loan. I was given the impression by the BHG agent that if I paid the entire loan off - which I would be able to do, and I told the agent I was planning to do - after 12 months of payments, that I would barely pay any interest, and that it would be "cheap money." Well...

So easy to obtain a loan with extremely high interest rate. Paying off the loan is another story! In order to pay extra down on principal and or pay off the loan, you are required to submit a written request using THEIR verbiage. Once accepted, a date is confirmed for the payment. I filed a written request to pay down the principal and save on interest...

Commercial loan or dba
BHG labels loans as commercial when the applicant does not own a business. I applied for a personal loan but end up in a $20,000 dollar commercial loan that I have to pay $50,000 dollars to get the loan paid off early. This is a predatory loan business. I tried calling to refinance the loan to a lower rate and they tried to give me another loan. This is insane! I’m filing for bankruptcy soon.
Desired outcome: Remove the prepayment penalty of the loan
Waiting for BHG to show proof that I own a business

Won’t stop sending mailers
I’ve been getting mailers from BHG for about 2-3 years now. I called once and was told because I’m not a licensed professional nor do I own a business that I’m not even qualified for anything from this company. I asked to be removed from this company and I’m still getting mailers from this company. They don’t understand the meaning of stop sending your unwanted mailers.
Desired outcome: Removed from receiving mail from this company.

Personal loan
My complaint is the predatory nature of the loans. I was stupid to ever agree to the terms. That is on me, but my belief is these type of loans should not be legal. I have never not been able to pay a loan off, and I have had lots of loans. These guys do not allow this so they can get all the interest. I understand why they do it but in my estimation, it is unethical and predatory. I will never do business with them again
Desired outcome: I would be ever so happy if they would let me pay my loan off

Faulty financials reporting
This company claimed an application was rejected, even though I've never applied for any loan with them. I asked for their rates, and they initiated an application. I contacted them multiple times to correct their books, but they ignored my request to do the right thing. In addition, I've gotten weekly offers from them since 2019. I'd estimate they've spent $200 in postage during that time, and they continue to harrass me. I get almost daily emails from the "president". Incompetent and dishonest business for sure.
Desired outcome: SEC investigation into fraudulent practices and harrassment of the public.

Still waiting for a response……
So not sure what is going on with this company but seeming it has some bad reviews I might not be wrong. I was told about a week and a half ago that the system was down on checking the credit reports and that as soon as it was fixed someone would get back to me. Nobody still has so I have been waiting. Do they really want to help you? Where is the professionalism in this company?

Loan
I was contacted by Todd Marshall via text on January 18th 2023. He was a nice guy and explained in detail. He asked if I wanted to move forward and I agreed. On January 22 I sent my pay stubs and documents. On January 25 I was informed by Todd underwriting approved me for more than I asked for. After telling me the terms (pretty good rates) I agreed to move forward. On January 23rd I was contacted by Ashley Trombley to confirm my application. I did via text and email. Then On January 25th Jennifer Nino reached out to have me send a voided check since the online portal wasn’t allowing me to login. She confirmed she received that. Todd told me after that to look for the docusign and that funds could be disbursed on February 3,2023. January 25th was the last time I spoke with Todd or Jennifer or Ashley. I reached out to Jennifer on January 26th to give her a voided check to my sofi account due to my Account with Connexus having a limit on incoming ach that wasn’t high enough for the approved amount. I texted and emailed her.
I left a voicemail 1/31 to her Jennifer and Todd.
I’ve been unable to reach them nor have I heard anything from them. I am still waiting on the docusign and confirmation from Jennifer she received the correct voided check. They all were great initially with communication. Answered every text or call promptly. But since January 25th it’s like they fell of the face of the earth. Calling the main number doesn’t work because they transfer me to Jennifer or Todd and I get the voicemail everytime. I hope they are ok number one but I also would like the communication to be great as it initially was. Heard great things about BHG.

No returned Phone Calls or Commitment for Appointments
I had numerous times set-up with Jose - Senior Finance Manager. My one call was for 7:30, he calls me at 7:11. I was on an international call at the time, scheduled to get off in time for the 7:30 call. He said he would call back at 7:30. He never did. I tried reaching him and I received a message the next day that he had to leave the office. no notice, no notification, just silence. This yeehaa has no respect for others. I will never do business again with them. AT least I did not get as far as some of the other people did in these complaints.

Non-stop junk mail
I have never done business with this company, but have been receiving junk from them at least weekly. It's gotten to the point that I know the address:
10234 W. State Road 84, Davie, FL 33324.
They try to deceive you by sending different size/types of packages. No reputable company needs to resort to such tactics to give you a loan so you can be sure the terms are predatory.
Don't do business with these people.
Desired outcome: Provide an Opt-Out process for the constant barrage of junk mail.

Loans
I applied with BHG for a business loan in Sept, I was approved for 200,000 signed loan documents, did the fraud verification with my face live! , Supplied all the documents has several phones calls with Curt Hammer. Was told my loan would be funded in 48 hours. I signed a new lease with the approval to expand my company. Days went by I heard nothing nor did I get the deposit. I receive a email from another lender that has referred me to BHG saying my application was denied for fraud, yes BHG contacted another lender and shared information even know this was not a brokered deal. The scanned my face, they has my taxes, my retirement, my paycheck stubs, my bank statements, my picture id . NO fraud no where, no negative remarks on my credit, 770 credit score, 360,000 annual revenue . NO one from BHG ever contact me nor did I ever receive a denial letter. I called and talked to Renee Keller, she said they had just hired a new fraud department and she was going to get down to the bottom of this issue, and why they are sharing my personal info with another lender with out my permission, a fraud actuation and that . Reneee never followed up with us, she blocked us from her phone to call her. Here we are In November and we have still not gotten a letter or denial from BHG. I left a message for the CEO Al and was never called back.
NO fraud was committed , they have finically hurt my company with the expansion, And I Plan on taking legal action for false information shared as well as a false denial . The staff is horrible, Renee is incompetent and does not follow through and should be placed in a position that does not require her to do her job. I will be pursuing this legally .
Desired outcome: Funded loan , and apology from Renee in writing, time paid for the finical burned they have imposed on my company

Personal Loan
I applied for a loan cause I receiving pre approval in the mail from Bhg. I applied and I dealt with Megan Hernandez [protected]@bhg-inc.com. The initial experience she got all my information paystubs were sent. She gave me all her contacts then she totally ignored me for weeks. I sent a e-mail asking her what’s the process how things going I left voice mails asking I texted nothing. Totally unprofessional she sends a random text message saying I was approved and I was gonna get contacted by kiara Soave Sr fiancé 9:30am September 28 2022 to go over terms. I waited till 10:30am to call get in touch with someone. I get a receptionist saying she’s in a meeting I get a text back saying she’s sorry their system is not working how about tomorrow at 9:30am unprofessional and don’t value the customer business. I would recommend people do not give your personal info to this company and don’t do business with them either I’m going to let people know also. Contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: Contact from a Manger!

Personal loan
I applied for a loan and was clear that I was not interested if there was an origination fee. They indicated that sometimes there is not a fee, so I proceeded. I was approved and offered various payment options and turned them down because they indicated there is always an origination fee. Today, I receive a letter from Pinnacle Bank stating that my income does not support the loan request. My FICO score is in the middle 800's, utilizing less than 1% of my credit and I have an income close to $200,000 a year. This is a dishonest organization, not being forthright upfront and lying to Pinnacle Bank as to why I was turned down though I was clearly offered the loan over the phone.
Desired outcome: My desire is to encourage the consumer to never do business with Banker's Healthcare Group, LLC because of their lack of integrity and honesty.

Financing/sale
I was approved then denied for $100k business loan. Loan agreement signed identity verified, sent in voided check so they would know the account to send the funds too, funding info verified. everything was going great Then I get a call saying that I was denied. I thought it was a mistake, but sure enough I called them back in the AM and they still saying I was denied. No reason, have to wait for the mail in 30 days. I told the representative I signed everything, I have orders placed based on money coming in. She said sorry, we have the right to cancel. Im saying to them like why lead people on like that? What changed? My credit didn't change. Tell me what happened! This is not fair. You cant lead people on like that and play with emotions. Someone please give me an answer or reconsideration. None of the reps I worked with are returning my calls or emails. Not to mention they was so aggressive during the process. If you didn’t answer the phone, they would instantly text your phone and send you an email all at the same time. Very unprofessional and most of all THEY LIED and said I was approved made me do all kind of unnecessary measures all to get denied after I was approved.
Desired outcome: I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS

Predatory lending
Predatory lender 1) Originally stated by loan officer that "lock out"period on loan would be 24 months or 2 years. Stated this inoriginal contract signed. Upon completion of 24 month "lock out",attempted to log in to pay over and make progress towards resolving loan debt and found the following: a) No online access to account. They will only send you ammortization schedule, no tracking of payments made. b) Contract now states 4 year, 48 month lockout. c) Original interest rate quoted 9%, contract now states 19% 2) No resolution, no call backs. They consistently pass you on to the next person. They refuse to acknowledge their lies and fraud. 3) Attempted to tell me they would "refinance" my loan for the amount owed PLUS interest for the next 6 years equally over $40K more than the original loan amount!
Desired outcome: Comply with original, or better terms, no exorbitant fees.

This is a lie, BHG doesn't give the borrower any amortization schedule prior the funding. Also, they pressure you to sign the contract fast, many red flags. In the contract is stated that the borrower can't open a case in the court. If they are a serious company, they will not need to do something like that. They are PREDATORY LENDING, stay away.
Very poor customer service. Extremely high interest rates. Attempted to contact about refinancing due to a ridiculously high monthly payment with no response. No online access! No statements ever sent via mail or email. No communication what so ever on what is going on with the loan or options to even view a statement. Was assured I could pay off the loan early and refinance if needed when financing was set up 15 months ago. Absolutely No option to view account activity, what's been paid total or outstanding balance. Have attempted to call multiple times and have never received a call back. They just take your money every month and don't offer an online option to see what's going on or return calls!
It’s disappointing to hear about your miscommunication as we strive for excellent customer service at BHG. BHG loans are easy to manage as they are simple fixed interest loans with the same monthly payment and date for the entire term of the loan. A full amortization schedule with a breakdown of all payments is provided prior to funding and an updated version can be provided at any time. BHG fully discloses all rates, terms, fees, & conditions on all loans prior to funding, which gives each customer ample time to review and have any concerns addressed prior to moving forward. Should you have any additional questions about your loan please contact Client Services at 866-588-7910.

While they may appear legit on paper, this is a predatory lending company that takes advantage of naive physicians with little financial sense. im filing this complaint along with several others like BBB and your states atty. general for fraudulant loan practices loan application # 831809 for the following reason I was told and lead to believe that this loan application credit check would not affect my credit score but in reality it did my score was 703 before I gave all my personal information to a victoria victario on a over the phone interview she also said that it was on a recorded line. I came to find out just a week later my credit score reduced by 6 points down to 697 I trusted and believed her, here is what my claim will be she systematically along with others collected my full personal information disclosure and im not sure what is being done with it, I suspect the ssn will show up somewhere under a false pretence so i've contacted my life lock people to give me direct reports and emails if and when that happens. thank god I have that type of protection many dont. but thjat doesnt relieve her from the lie she told me I would like her investigated along with her partner she passes the information too. ive contacted Homeland Security and spoke with a cyber security agent and they are processing and documenting all of this information. regretfully richard dongarra

predatory lending and fraudulent pages in documents
This company inserted a fraudulent page that does not even make sense but is designed to cover their trail. Something about my personal account, then they had my home address at the top! They are referred to by some complainants as being like "organized crime" and one guy actually suspected they were trying to run him down in his car to look like an accident. I reported to the Illinois Attorney General, Consumer Protection dept and I'm filing another complaint with the security investigators and FTC. They must stop exploiting healthcare professionals. We do not make that much with all the issues facing us! The FBI needs to look at their practices. They are predatory and fraudulent p
Let it be known that they are targeting middle income workers too! Not just medical professionals. I, who is a kenpachi will show you the way of what you speak of. The FBI is bureaucratic garbage and it takes tax payers money and a retarded amount of man power to even takes. A kenpachi seeks the enjoyment of doing battle and the total destruction of their target. Do not worry.
application for a loan from them
I applied for a loan from them gave my information to them including my ss number now I feel I have been scammed by them. Everyone will have excess to all my information. I fill my life will not be the same and I should have went with my gut feeling's. If I had a way of suing these companies for this way of cheating good people out of there hard earned money I would be all for it. They don't put all that in there information they send you what so ever and they need put out of justice.
I feel they scammed me and gave me a high interest rate
working capital loan
I had received multiple letters from "Bob Castro, founder, Bankers Healthcare Group" claiming to offer me great loan terms and that their process is very fast and straight forward. They claim to have me selected and they offer "special incentives and satisfactory loan terms". Letter keeps talking about "special offer". I called, filled out a short application and process started. They needed more and more info and for me to sign different forms. At one point I told them that I'm done with their incompetence and drastically long /complex process. And BOOM! I got a call that I'm approved for something... Next day I get a call with offer of $50k loan with 84 payments of $ 1421.46 a month which comes to about $120k total payout. They didn't want to tell what is the interest rate. I kept pressing to tell me and the guy said it was 23%! That's outrageous! They said based on my profile it's the best they can do. I haven't missed any payments on any of my obligations in past almost 5 yrs of having my business. My unsecured credit cards have 14%interest rate and I recently financed a vehicle at 5% interest.
That company is a scam and they lure in many businesses owners with their false statements and false promises.

I am really afraid right now. I applied for a loan with BHG was approved for 55,000 at 19.34% interest. 8 years with 5 year lock out. I have only supplied my pay stubs and driver’s license with of course my social security number and personal info. I have been ignoring the calls and haven’t provided my bank info or signed the contract. Is there anything I can do to stop my credit from being affected. I was hit in the past after a breakup and have some bills in arrears that I was wanting to pay them off and pay off current bills and have one payment. I’m afraid my identity is going to be stolen or worse. Anything I can do?
BHG shares in your concern regarding identity theft. BHG is committed to protecting consumer privacy and utilizes multiple identity theft prevention methods. Identity theft hurts everyone, not only the person whose identity is stolen, but financial institutions also lose out on stolen funds. In order to get a loan with BHG an applicant will have to go through a thorough application and underwriting process which includes a full identity verification prior to receiving any funds. At BHG, we have invested significantly into building an industry-leading fraud prevention program that delivers on our commitment of protecting your privacy, your information, and your trust in BHG. We work diligently to provide robust and effective verification options for each customer prior to receiving any funds, or opening any BHG financial products. In our over 20 years in business, we’ve provided thousands of happy customers with over $12 billion in funding, with many of our customers returning to us for repeat loans. We’ve maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, all the while making it our mission to build up this company on the tenets of service and integrity. With that said, when applying for a loan you won’t experience any negative impact on your personal credit score. However, we do run a credit check upon acceptance and funding of a loan, as is standard lending industry practice. We have Sales and Client Services teams who are dedicated to helping customers navigate the loan process, so we do recommend directly connecting with us at 866-588-7910 if you should still have any questions or concerns.
Oh, I forgot to offer thanks for their offer for me to re-apply for future financial needs. No need to worry about that. I and all my medical arena co-workers will be cautioned in the future. Word of mouth advertising (positive or negative) is wonderous!
I may have dodged a financial bullet! After reading comments on this website, from use of compound interest to higher interest rates and front end fees and potential early pay penalties, I'm relieved to have been declined. I even advised them up front what interest rate I was not willing to pay over! Should have conducted a little more research on the front end. No late fees or bills, having closed on 3 home mortgages within the last 2 years and buying 2 new cars last year (paid off 1 already) and seeking to borrow less than 6 months income to reorganize finances (not create new debt) without going through the HELOC process. I cleared the initial application parameters with ease. I guess they are searching for young professional clients who will be obligated for a while! Thanks BHG for the awakening!

You gotta love what is written on their Summons and Complaints. That 201 Solar Street in Syracuse, NY looks funny. I don't know why Christopher Cali is even there.
Of course you disagree. The victims of your company’s malicious and illegal scams are united. The jig is up.
BHG disguised loan as personal loan but in reality it was a commercial loan which I do not own a business. Also, there is a 5 year lock in period that must be paid before discussing paying off the loan early.
