The mods and the admins have fake accounts that are used to harass people. Do NOT assume the people who stalk you on that website are real people - it’s just one of multiple fake people invented by the admin to make the website seem active.

Lipstick Alley was recently purchased by a group of Reddit mods so lets start with that. Look up posts made by "Condi", there are huge signs that its a yt person behind the username at this point. They allow the most anti black threads on the trending list and if you didnt know, trending threads are chosen, they dont organically get added there. You also notice that you do not hear a peep from the mods, they used to post in the Real Housewives forum and now they are ghosts. (Joan Clayton, Name, V.Hexeri etc) They also have a facebook page where they give out old usernames that are no longer in use.(gangsta boo, davillian etc) These are foreign whites who get these usernames from this facebook page.

Although the site claims its a site built from the African American perspective, it was never meant to be a site for Black people. There was always an anti black man sentiment since the beginning of the site. People who haven't been on the site since 2006 wouldnt know this but there was always a hatred for Black men on there. Let me also add, there was a user named Smallz who they would take her photos and talk about how dark and ugly she was in PMs, secret groups and blogs dedicated to LSA. So LSA was never a pro black site.

From what I've heard, Lipstick Alley has like 40 employees. Most of 'em are probably paid immigrants or Russian trolls (haha go figure). If you take a look at their "rules," you'll see that this place ain't even black-owned. Mighta been a while ago, but not no more, homie. And they used the whole "you're not really black" excuse. What a trip.

Man, let me tell you about my experience with Lipstick Alley. It was a freakin' nightmare. The whole thing started when this chick named Elykia decided she didn't like me for no reason. She was harsh as hell, man. Like, she tore into me with all sorts of verbal abuse and laughed at me when I told her she was cyber bullying me. The site also had a tendency to be extremely radical and borderline racist at times, which made me uncomfortable.

The idea of a one-stop-shop for pop culture, politics, and advice was great, but the execution wasn't there. The moderators seemed to have their own agenda and didn't treat all users equally. It wasn't a fair system.

Overall, Lipstick Alley has some potential, but it needs a serious overhaul. The website is clunky and outdated, the policies are too strict, and the moderators need to be more consistent. I'm still on the hunt for a new forum to call home, but I know it won't be Lipstick Alley.
