CVS review: Losing people's prescriptions and then telling people they are overworked

Went to pick up wifes antibiotic and lozenges for quiting smoking, gardner kansas cvs lost them and the little girl was rude when I said this was the third time in 3 weeks this has happened, so we have to call and get the doctor to resubmit the prescriptions. This is not acceptable, they are rude about all of this, saying they can't keep up. That's not our proublem, my wife needs her meds.! We will not be using cvs ever again, never! We are not the only ones they are doing this to, we have friends, that are having the same proublem 12/15/2021

Desired outcome: FIX THE PROUBLEM,
