CVS review: Fill my prescription without hassle.

Pharmacist Jessica W. called me to tell me I needed a preauthorization for my medication. I told her that would take some time, I needed the medication now so I would like to pay for it “Out of pocket”. She refused to let me pay and get my medication. She went on to tell me that if my insurance declined to pay that she would not fill the prescription at all telling me that she had discretion to decline filling a prescription if she chose. When I insisted on additional explanation and continued asking questions, she then told me that I was being “Unprofessional” and that now she wouldn’t fill my prescription even with insurance approval. So the pharmacist refuses to fill my prescription because I questioned her about their/her policy. This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.
