CVS review: Drive thru pharmacy

I got in line to pick up my RX at 10:30 a.m. Waited 30 minutes to finally get to the window only to be told "we'll be with you in a bit". while I waited, I noticed the lady was taking packaged apart; NOT helping anyone. When she finally opened the window back up I told her that there is a LONG line and we don't appreciate waiting for her to handle packages. She stated that she had to take apart prescriptions that NO ONE picked up. I told her that wasn't right; NO ONE WAS WAITING for those prescriptions! Suddenly she stepped away from the window and went and got someone else to wait on me. The manager? Don' know, wasnt hardly acknowledged. So the first lady (Anastasia) had to go run for help! She's in the wrong line of business then!

My Main complaint is having to wait for 40+ minutes because one of them is disassembling unwanted prescriptions?!? I counted 5 employees back there!

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
