CVS review: Drive thru and phone calls

Hi,

There has been multiple times over the last few months that I went to pick up my prescriptions from your 3710 57th Ave, Kenosha, WI location that the drive through has been closed forcing customers to go inside to the pharmacy. Each time, I waited with my 2 year old son for 40+ minutes. This is extremely frustrating.

Yesterday, I waited on the phone to speak with someone in the pharmacy for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I figured they were just busy. So, I just attempted again. I waited on hold for 22 minutes and still NO ONE answered. This is extremely frustrating and disappointed that I wasted 42 minutes on the phone within the last 2 days and no one bothered to answer the phone.
