CVS review: Donna calling all others for covid shots ahead of me regardless of appointment time

Store number: 1524 in Hagerstown MD North Village

I checked in for my 5:30 appointment for a covid shot at 5:16 for a 5:30 p.m. appointment. At 6:30 Donna took a couple back that had an appointment for 5:45. I said my appointment was at 5:30 and I thought she said well you're next. The 6 p.m. person was then called back and I said again I was next. She asked my name and then said I wasn't on her list or something like that. By then it was around 7 p.m. and I left but stopped to talk to a manager who took my complaint but NO ONE said sorry or apologized at any point. Bad, bad service. I would have liked to have forced my way into the room where Donna was giving shots but do you want to do that and then have someone give you a shot? I believe the pharmacy is severely understaffed and should not be accepting appointments for anything until they get that changed. But still, no excuse to not look me up and see I had an appointment. I will never patronize this CVS; ever.
