I went to CVS, Indian Land, 7697 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, SC 29707, to pick up a prescription that I was advised was ready.
I arrived at 1.30pm and was the only one at the counter.
I told the pharmacist my prescription was ready and I just needed to pick it up.
She said they were closing and I should come back in an hour. She proceeded to pull down the screen.
All she had to do was to get my prescription and let me pay. It would have taken 2 minutes.
It's bad service like this that will drive people to online pharmacies like Amazon and these same people will be complaining when they are out of a job.
I will be changing my pharmacy needs to Walgreens.

Desired outcome: Get staff trained on customer service.
