CVS review: Covid test

I made an appointment to get a covid test because I was not feeling well and received a confirmation
To get tested at the cvs on 14701 pulaski road, midlothian, illinois. I drove 35 minutes and arrive 20 minutes early. I was texted with instructions which stated to text my confirmation code upon arrival. Park in the front designated parking spot (in front, facing redbox) then remain in my car until I receive a call from this number. [protected]. Well, I waited over 45 minutes, no text from this number. I got out of my car with my baby, walked in the store to the pharmacy to inquire about my appointment just to find out they canceled the appointment due to a issue with cvs. No one contacted me. I want to be compensated for my time and gas.

Desired outcome: Someone should have given me the courtesy to call or text to cancel.
