I was tested at 11:40 AM on 7/15 at 6500 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville FL 32257 for COVID 19. No results, even though I activated my chart on 7/15. When I made the apt. I was told results would be 3-5 days on the web. When I activated My Chart it was 6-10 days. Lo and behold, it has been a full 21 days and still no results. A lady was going to send a request yesterday but no results. I called today and the gentleman said he had no way of knowing when I would get my results. I would get a phone call if the swab was lost or damaged. I want to know when my results are going to be available. And, I want the MY Chart and your web site to accurately reflect the number of days. This is false advertising.
