CVS email Scam using CVS's name and logo

2 days ago, I received on my cell phone, 3 consecutive emails purporting to be from CVS. I opened the first one - it was an offer for free products as a reward for answering a CVS survey. I answered the survey, then the system prompted me to enter my credit card details. At this point, I smelled a rat and closed it and sent all 3 emails to my Trash folder.
Please contact me so I can forward them to you. Thanks.

CVS Pharmacy

This is about a CVS Pharmacy in Minden, La.71055
Homer Rd.
They never answer their phone calls. Even if they are busy or not. I have been to the store so many times and they will be at least 4 people working plus the Pharmacist and the phone rings constantly and they act like they don't hear it.
Today I tried to call to make an Appointment for two shots they wouldn't answer so, I filled out form on line. Then went up there to get my shots.
As usually the phone was ringing 4 people working and the Pharmacist .
There was no one in line I waited in line only one me for 3 minutes just to say I was here for shots. Then she told me to sit down and someone would be with me. I waited 20 minutes still only one in line. Finally she came and got my money. Told me to sit again. Still no one in line . I waited another 10 minutes waiting on The Pharmacist. Not busy just one person waiting on car drive thru. Finally The Pharmacists got to me.
This place has always been really bad about their customers. I don't know how the policy with Pharmacies is but your CVS is really bad here. I would recommend a person come watch without them knowing. Not just a busy time but also when they are not busy. If it doesn't shock you then I'm shocked at your Company.
I have worked my whole life and I have never seen a company Dept. run this bad. It looks like no one cares.

Desired outcome: At least an acknowledgement that you read this

My Prescription got sent to this CVS at 9001 S. Western Ave OKC, OK instead of my normal CVS in Moore OK I rolled with it and said ok, I'll drive there no problem. So I called to see when they would be ready and was met with Michele the Pharmacist and her belligerent attitude about me not being a regular customer there and she wouldn't fill my prescription...

CVS Pharmacy technician

I've been a customer at the Rosehill road and East Main St CVS for 10 years +. I get everything from CVS. It's right next to my house. Snacks, food, drinks, birthday cards, stationary, all my weekly prescriptions and dog food treats and toys! I've purchased 60$ colognes on multiple occasions. Prices for some items are a little higher but that's ok, I love the store. 99% of the staff are amazing. They know me, we chat at times even. I've thoroughly enjoyed this store for several long years.

I'm the past 4-5 months a woman by the name of Heather was hired at the pharmacy. She has been extremely rude every time I've ever had the misfortune of meeting her. I get a weekly prescription called In on Wednesdays. It's a very important prescription that I've been getting for several years now. Every week. When I'm able to I let the pharmacy staff take as much time as they need to on filling it. Some days I'm not able to wait several hours for them to notice it's been called in and wait for them to fill it. So I would stop by and ask if it was possible to wait or even how long it would take to get ready. I work in retail so I know how someone's attitude can change your whole day so I do my best to be extremely polite and try to bother the staff as little as possible.

On some occasions I will stop in as to not bother them by calling. My intention is to let them know it was called in and get a time frame on when it can be ready. This new woman (Heather)already knows my name and yells out with the most extreme attitude it's not ready yet Brandon I haven't even started on it. I reply that's ok I'm in no rush today I was just checking on a time. She snaps off like a 2 hour waiting period. Which is ok, I understand they get busy. Things happen. I had the same results with her about 6 times. Same attitude. Same time frame. Start to notice a trend in who is giving the attitude and can't figure out why I'm the target. Once she told me two hours while the pharmacist was standing next to her and the pharmacist looked at her like she was crazy and said I can have it done in about 7 min if you wanna sit and wait. So i stop coming by after my appointment and give them a few hours before I call and let them know it's been called in and ask for a time. One time I called and didn't even get out the words "hi, I had a prescription called…" and she interrupts me and says "it's not ready yet Brandon! I haven't even started on it!" Blown away that she didn't even ask who I was and just assumed that it was me and got an immediate attitude with me I just said "O…ok I'm sorry. Thank you do you have a timeframe? I have to work today" she reply's with a scoff and says like 2 hours. I wait the time and go in and luckily she only answers the phone and I was helped by one of the regular girls. This happens several times and I just blow it off as someone's having a bad day. Since then it's happened almost every time I've called. Not always as dramatic but she has a horrible attitude to me. I say thank you bye and she hangs up the phone on me without saying bye. I understand that sound petty. It's the combination of the way she talks to me on top of not being a decent human to someone who is trying their hardest to not inconvenience her at her job. Today (9/22/21 )she got the same attitude with me. I told her I needed my script as soon as possible since I have to work and she got the same attitude as always. I thanked her and she didn't respond and then hung up with out even acknowledging she was done talking to me. Again, lucky she does not help at the check out cuz I was able to get my script without having to talk to her.

Like I said it's doesn't sound like a big deal to some people to have to deal with a rude person once a week. I've extremely introverted and even the slightest bit of confrontation will be averted as much as possible to the point where I'm ready to switch pharmacies. She is extremely unprofessional in her verbal communications with customers. Im not sure about your dress code but her purple hair has unprofessional written all over it as well. She has ruined my CVS pharmacy experience. There is absolutely no reason to talk to a customer the way she talks to me. The fact that I've gone out of my way to be polite to her and she still treats me like I'm a burden is just insane to me. If someone hasn't complained about her yet, I would be extremely surprised. I don't want to have to switch stores and go out of my way just to avoid a bitter human being. I'm even a CVS plus member or whatever the 10$ a month thing is. I enjoy that perk and enjoy the convenience of the location. I can't keep being treated like this for giving an establishment my business. I hope something can be done about this miserable person. Even if she is told she can't interact with customers anymore. It's not about her or who she is. It's about the way she talks to me when Im trying to shop at the establishment she is paid by.

Sorry this is so long. This has been building for months now. I hope you can see that I'm not trying to get her fired or reprimand. I just don't want to have to deal with her if that is how she treats a paying customer for absolutely no reason. Like I said I've done my part. I've been polite and pleasant. If she's continually becomes a issue I will just have to switch pharmacies. It's not something I want to do but my personality and mentality can't deal with feeling like I'm a burden for medical issues I can't control.
Thank you for your time and I again apologize for the length.
Brandon

CVS Pharmacist verbally abusive

Vivian? An Asian woman (pharmacist) embarrassed and verbally abused me in front of other customers and my children.

After a week of trying to clear up an issue with a prescription of Welbutrin, including my Dr's nurse calling and faxing I went to my Doctor's office to bring in a paper prescription. I was accused of it being a fake prescription and also told loudly in front of a row of customers "the only reason she is filling it is because" you are so desperate for it"
I've never been humiliated and made to look like a drug addict in front of my children and strangers. I changed my Phamacy for my entire family… but she needs to be out on a mental break and relearn a code of ethics when in the medical world. Even a clerk at a store shouldn't speak to a customer like that.
She needs to be removed from her position and reprimanded.

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action and retraining in customer service

CVS Prescription billing

I have twin daughters. Twin A keeps getting billed for Twin B's prescriptions because a birth code is not entered in the system. I have been told the pharmacy help desk has to do this and since we figured out the problem it has been 2 days and my daughter still does not have her prescription. We have been trying to fill this as my daughter is now 2 weeks late on her monthly maintenance injection. This was only caught because my daughters medication requires a prior authorization which Twin A does not have.

Desired outcome: I would like this to be fixed for my daughter and anyone who is a twin and on the same insurance.

CVS Unable to fill prescription /no one answers phone

CVS on 110th and Broadway does not fill prescriptions no matter how many hours you wait on hold. I've seen the pharmacist chatting and whiling away time when patients wait 45 mins on hold. I was on hold for 45 mins today after which they disconnected me. This was my third time calling and I need my Rx as I'm traveling. I called 3 days back too. I wish they had any sense of dignity in serving the patients that they do or themselves.

Desired outcome: I NEED RX TOMORROW BEFORE I TRAVEL

CVS Pharmacy

Today I was treated very rude by Heather from my CVS pharmacy. She eventually hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 different times and I kept getting disconnected by CVS. The last time I called I pushed the option of being a doctors office, Heather answered and said my name before I could speak. Obviously she knew it was me. She then got rude with me again, I asked to speak with her manager. Jane got on the phone, she was also rude. She kept changing her responses to me which only proves to me that she was lying and so was Heather. There is so much more to this story but I would rather speak to someone from the corporate office who can help.

Desired outcome: Get rid of incompetent people because if they treat the customers like this what else are they doing wrong.

CVS Deceptive practices / lack of clarity, empathy with the pharmacy

Date of incident 9/01/21

Client number not found

On 9/01/21 I picked up my prescription from CVS and was helped by Neeta, if you can call it help. I had arranged and sent over a coupon from GoodRx for the medication. At the time I really was not feeling well and was on a antibiotic for a tooth abscess. Neeta seemed to want to help, but only made things more confusing as I told her I wanted to use the GoodRx I had sent over. She stated that it was already covered by insurance. She started to cash me out and the total out of pocket was $400.88 dollars. I questioned the amount and she stated it was for a three month supply and lead me back to using my insurance again. I was looking for some type of clarification but never got it ! Never knowing what my insurance payed out on top of my $400.88 dollars. I spoke to a lawyer friend today and she got the same medication I did with the GoodRx for around 158.26 . A difference of $241.74. So at this point I'm feeling cheated and she states that I should talk with CVS pharmacy. I stopped by and spoke with the associate at the pharmacy cash register and she directed me to the pharmacist, who from behind his counter like 10 or more feet away started speaking to me with 8 or so other people behind me. He later came to the front counter. So much for confidentiality although his main concern was cashing out these other people. He needed to resolve my problem quickly and did so making sure I would not be coming back. I tried to explain why I did not understand how this happened. He then looked at the information I had and found the first thing he could shut me down with. First rule was; I was past the 15 day mark to question the transaction. Second was I ;didn't have the product to return in hand. Third was when I said forget about insurance and wanted to see what it would cost me through GoodRx and he stated that was fraud. He had no time for any type of hypothetical thought process as I stated earlier .He needed to get me out of line as soon as possible, so he could take care of other's. When I was initially talking with the sales associate I told her I sent the coupon over and she stated that we don't receive any communications from the outside .Although I had the coupon on my tablet I was hoping on some help from CVS and never got it. The pharmacist was busy also. The person that helped me out the 1st time kept bringing me back to, "your insurance payed for it". What she should have said is that we already charged your insurance and I don't feel like reversing it so go along with what we have done. In the end with the humiliation of airing everything out in public and being totally shut down by the pharmacist defending his ground I felt this was a waste of time. So as he well knew he had a very unhappy customer I asked for a copy of my prescription and he seemed to give me a deflated look like, " I don't understand ?" I fought with this guy and won and now I loss his business ! Cold practices, no consult with the pharmacist the first time / unprofessional behavior ! At this point I should notify GoodRx and my insurance company of CVS practices to charge me the utmost that they can ! In the end, I kept my cool and didn't get angry until I left the store .

Desired outcome: Get my money back $241.74

CVS Gold Emblem Deluxe Mixed Nuts w/Pastacios

I bought a can of these nuts and was very disappointed at how awfully few pecans were in the can.
I thought it may have been a fluke or just a bad batch, so I bought another a few days ago. This time I actually counted and there were 3 pecans.
I'm highly dissatisfied with this brand. I am requesting a refund.
Of course, I didn't see any reasons to save a receipt for a can of nuts.
Please advise.
Thank you

This young lady named gladice. Was very rude and nonchalant about me getting my prescription. One word replies when I asked a question and was being sarcastic. I had to leave out before I got angry.
