CVS Building is dirty

I shop CVS in Grand Rapids, MI. Store #8291. It is dirty! Carpet filthy, trash cans outside the building are overflowing with garbage. The doors and windows are never washed. Rarely are there carts to use for shopping. Panhandling outside the door. It doesn’t feel safe! It shouldn’t be this way!

Desired outcome: Change the above to make shopping and using the pharmacy desirable! I use the pharmacy 2-3 times per month. Last visit 7/13/22,

CVS The closure of the Watsontown Pa location.

The store/ pharmacy is in walking distance to so many people.

It’s a small town where people can walk to get anything they need.

If it is closed or moved out of town people will not have the ease of walking to get their medication.

Desired outcome: Keep the store open.

CVS Closing Watsontown PA store

The people of Watsontown do not need a drive through but we do need a CVS! Please please please do not do this to the faithful customers that have been using this store for years. The staff is great and we love the store. Also so many elderly people need the close proximity of the local location.

Desired outcome: The store stays open

CVS Store closure

I just heard that you are closing Watsontown CVS. Our town relies on this store for easily accessible pharmacy and store items. I don't understand your need to close this store.

The people who work in the Watsontown CVS are friendly and super helpful. You can depend on them to go out of their way to help you, even up and beyond what one would expect of an employee.

Please reconsider your decision so we can keep our store open.

Desired outcome: Keep the store open

CVS Rude Treatment from Pharmacy Assistants

On July 11, 2022, at 425 PM, I went to the referenced store to purchase items using my reward pass. However, I needed to use the rest room (men's). On the door of the rest room was a sign that states, "OUT OF SERVICE". I decided to take a picture of the sign because it had been there for two weeks, but to my surprise, two employees came out of the men's room. I said to them, "So the rest room is closed to customers." One replied, "So what". The other rudely mumbled to me and went behind the pharmacy counter. One of the employees, who was rude to me, left the store as if he was getting off from work.

I believe I will transfer my prescriptions account to another store.

This store is VERY VERY NASTY, from the outside to the inside. It is usually understocked for diabetes items. I have attached pictures of this store:

Desired outcome: An apology from both employees who were rude in their response to my statement.

Have used this product for years but have noticed lately that the product is falling apart in a much shorter period; sometimes 2 hours. The packaging claims that is 9 hours. I usually change it every 4 hours. There is obviously some defect or they are skimping on something. I love CVS and have never had an issue with their products before. This has been happening over the past several weeks (June, July).

CVS Out of stock with all my medications

I try to fill my medications every month at CVS on 162 Washington Street, North Haven CT 06473. THIS IS WHEN THE WILD GOOSE CHASE HAPPENS! I have to figure out which CVS pharmacy in the State of CT has this medication. Then (the [censored]ing prescription can’t be transferred) so I have to track down my doctor, wait another 2 weeks with no meds for him to finally send my 2nd prescription to the 2nd pharmacy carrying my medication. Then I have to drive all over the state of [censored]ing Connecticut to pick up my [censored]ing medications because my homebase [censored]ing pharmacy doesn’t [censored]ing carry my medications. So once a month I need to figure out what pharmacy has my medications. I live in North Haven, I travel to east haven, west haven, new haven, Milford, Hartford!

Desired outcome: I want a phone call [protected]

CVS Pharmacy

I had a problem with a wound on the back of my hand which had become infected. (Shaving biopsy of squamous cell.) The VA prescribed certain antibiotics to take care of the infection and sent the prescription to 1 South Missouri, Clearwater, FL. I was told to give them time as the prescription can take 40 minutes to an hour to fill, so after an hour, I went to CVS Pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They didn't even have me in the computer.

I checked another nearby CVS, to see if my script went there. Again, I wasn't in their system. I finally got through to the CVS pharmacy, they checked their notes and tried to call CVS. But according to the VA Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy was closed until 2 PM. And they don't check their voice mail until 2 PM.

Which is absolutely hilarious, considering I was just talking to them. So, apparently, I have to go back later and get my medication for the infection on my hand which hurts so much that it's kept me awake all night.

You ought to be absolutely ashamed and completely disgusted with yourselves. One thing's certain. I will never, in a million years, darken the doors of a CVS again, for any reason. I'd sooner die then let you handle my medication.

Desired outcome: I'd like my medication, please.

CVS pharmacy service

CVS pharmacy refused to fill a prescription stating they did not have enough of the tablets and that I would need to go to the rear of the line so they could process the prescription again. CVS then did not contact me when they had enough tablets to fill the prescription. I have been without my prescription for over 1 week until I had the prescription transferred to another pharmacy

Desired outcome: I request that all my prescriptions on file with CVS be transferred to another local pharmacy to avoid the same issues

CVS lack of service at the minute clinic

We visited the Minute-clinic on 14400 Clayton rd, Balwin at 6:55PM to see a medical provider for a sinus infection. The medical provider, who stated that her name is Alicia, refused to see me even though she had no other patients stating that she does not see patients after 7 PM, when the actual time was 6:55PM. The website and the store hours listed state that the minute-clinic is open until 7:30 PM. I am confused why she couldn’t see me even though there were no other patients ahead of me and the time was only 6:55PM. She claimed that stops seeing patients at 7PM, and the time was only 6:55. I honestly believe that she didn’t want to work anymore. This is not an ethical way to treat patients who are in pain and need medical attention.

Desired outcome: To be seen by a medical provider and provide medical attention for the pain from my sinusitis when I arrive on time and clearly 35 minutes before the Minute-clinic closes

I received my new prescription eyeglasses on May 28th, 2022. I was told by the salespeople that CVS Optical provides the best options available for me and that they would stand behind my purchase, 100%! The optometrist changed my prescription. After about a week of trying to adjust to the new prescription, I went back to report that I could not see well...

CVS Pharmacy*denied Rx pick~up

My name is Mr Eric Haun and I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 10 years. Recently on 7/7/2022 I was denied service in the CVS pharmacy at 318 W El Norte Parkway Escondido CA 92026. I believe the pharmacist is discriminating against me because of my appearance. I have several tattoos covering a large portion of my body that are visible to other people. Some people are still living in the past and judging people by the color or “colors” of their skin. When I arrived to pick up my prescription on 7/6/2022 the pharmacist informed me that my Rx wasn’t ready yet to come back in the morning of the following day. I know that my Rx was there at that time Because my primary doctor had his nurse call in my Rx after I submitted my UA Yesterday. I was standing right there at the time she made the phone call. Today 7/7/2022 my sister tried to pick up my Rx and after waiting in a long line of 15 customers she was denied my Rx The reason presented to her was that loss prevention had Mr. Haun on camera stealing. I fully deny these allegations and feel that I’m being judged by the color of my skin. My medication can not be stopped abruptly without me going through serious withdrawals. My doctor is away for 2 weeks and I can not get a referral for another pharmacy until he returns. I need my Rx filled and I don’t want to press this issue about the blatant discrimination unless I’m forced to do so. I hope this situation can be resolved without any further legal action.

My number is +[protected]

Desired outcome: I need to pick up my prescription without any conflict or discrimination asap and that is all

CVS Drive through service

I had a drive through appointment for COVID at 3:10. Got in the drive through a little before 3:00. Waited for over ten minutes got out of line went inside and was told I could only complete through the drive through. Waited in line for 40 minutes when I had an appointment. This is ridiculous service. Personnel are not happy with their minimum wage job so they tell customers we are ridiculous. A better plan needs to be formulated when you have an appointment. Still waiting in line!

CVS Minute clinic issue

My name is Ron Stanich

[protected]

5700 Canyon View Dr

Painesville, Ohio 44077

I am writing to (1) file a complaint about lack of service received at one of your Minute Clinics (location 1633 Oh Painesville, Ohio) (2) a fraudulent invoice from this Minute Clinic.

I went to this clinic on 3 separate occasions for a diabetic retina eye test. On each trip either the nurse / technician could not operate the machinery, or the machine was not working. I spent approximately an hour on each trip.

On the last trip, March 28, 2022 the nurse took my blood pressure which I did not ask for. I could not take the test as the machine was not working. I left again (3rd time) with the nurse telling me that they would contact me when the machine was functioning correctly - this again was at the end of March.

On June 8, 2022 I received an invoice for $99. Medicare Part B has paid $52 and I was being charged for $47. I will not pay this for no service received. I feel as if this is a fraudulent invoice.

I called into your customer service team twice with the following results:

1) June 20, 2022. Talked with Pernicka in customer service for at least 1/2 hour. She was not able to help with anything. I asked to speak to her supervisor several times. She finally transferred me to Michelle in internal billing. We talked for approximately another 1/2 hour.

The most she was able to do was tell me that she placed the invoice on hold and had to transfer the matter to corporate - hard to believe for a $99 charge. We discussed how I was not going to pay for a service which was not received. She was to personally call me back in 3 - 5 days. This was June 20, 2022 - I am still waiting.

2) July 6, 2022. One month later and no word back from anyone. I called and spoke to Rashawdrea from internal billing. She was not able to assist in this matter. All she could do she said was contact the Minute Clinic Manager, I believe Julie Newman. I asked for Julie to call me, she said she would in 3 - 5 days. She did say that the charge was for taking the blood pressure. Again, I did not ask for this and would definitely have said no if I knew there was a $99 charge for this. To me this is a fraudulent practice and abusive.

I would appreciate someone in authority to review this situation and contact me. I would at the minimum want the $99 charge reversed and Medicare Part B be reimbursed for their payment. I plan to have this eye test taken somewhere where I know the test can be performed, and I expect partial payment from Medicare.

I will wait until Friday, July 8, 2022 to hear back from someone from your office. I plan to send in a complaint to the BBB and my Medicare provider stating this fraudulent practice, and I don't plan to pay this charge.

This is incredible - in a bad way.

If you or your staff have any questions at all contact me.

Regards,

Ron Stanich

Desired outcome: cancel the charge and repay Medicare Part B provider

just looked at the regulations for FMCSA and actually it states it is up to the practitioner if you need the test or not. they can refuse to certify you if they believe based off the paperwork on your file with them. It is not from what i'm reading removed as a requirement but is strongly encouraged to point it out to patents that there is a possibility and should get a test done to be sure. she may have been rude to you first (from your post it is not clear who was rude first) though the way you handled it does seem a tad harsh to her.

My information came from the FMCSA gov website which is the official guidelines they go by to make decisions for each CVS on a corporate and managerial level. Trump may have removed it as a requirement but it is up to the FMCSA if they will based off statistics they get on crashes and other factors to keep or remove completely the requirement.

CVS BD Ultra Fine Original Pen Needles 12.7 mm, 29g

Today, July 6, 2022, I picked up my prescription order # 1053619 from your store at 500 12th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003. The prescription consisted of 2 boxes of the pen needles, 100 in each box.

Upon return home, I opened the stapled brown paper bag to find that the tape seal on each box was broken. One box even had the remains of a prior pharmacy prescription label having been affixed to the box. I phoned the pharmacy and they said to just count the needles in each box.

Its that the correct response from the pharmacy? I thought the whole idea of seals on "medicines," "etc," was to ensure that products were intact, complete, and had not been tampered with or have sterility compromised. Is that incorrect? Having the correct number of needles in a box tells me nothing about whether they are all safe to use.

Desired outcome: I would like you to have the pharmacy take back what they gave me for this prescription and give me two new, and properly sealed boxes of pen needles.
