This store is located at 5405 Summerville rd phenix city al 36867. CvS pharmacist punish people who exercise their consumer rights when they stand up to their bullying and abuse. Matthew punishes customers telling them they aren’t allowed to come back. Then threatened the police on you for phone harassment when they keep hanging up on you. Why can’t they just do their job and just fill your prescription without l the hassle. Then you wouldn’t have to complain about them.

Then the [censored] jerk lied saying they haven’t been filling my sons medication. They last filled it in 06/04/2022 and he says none were filled that day. But I told him I signed for it and have the bottles still. That is when he threatened the police to get a warrant out against me. The female pharmacy employees are the worst evil. Because at the two cvs in phenix city they are getting away with evil

The board of pharmacylet’s bad Alabama pharmacist get away with this time abuse. Matthew got out of filling my sons prescription by threatening to get a warrant for harassing. When him and Tiffani are the ones harassing me. CVs should stop telling this lie that customers mean something. Not when they purposely transferred Matthew to the Summerville rd location knowing the problems we had with him. Now I can’t go to this store anymore because of him.
