I received a fraudulent email purporting to be from CVS. Once I discovered it was fraudulent, I called my bank and cancelled the transaction. I then called CVS, with its large customer base, I thought CVS should know about the illegal use of their name and to the uneducated the improper use of their name. I called the nearest store and the clerk said call the Customer Service #[protected] which I did. After spending more than 20 minutes on hold, CVS Customer Service simply hung up. Whoever is reading this message will undoubtedly pay no heed to it and let your top executives continue to "earn" their six and seven figures, while paying you the reader a non-livable wage. Since CVS does supply interstate commerce through it pharmacy program, I will be filing a complaint with both Interstate Commerce Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. This type of negligent practice by large corporations must be stopped.
The courtesy of a response would be appreciated. Before you reject the idea of a response, think of how you would feel as a consumer if the same ineptness happened to you?

Date: July 18, 2020 @ 1000 hours. However, this is the third month in a row.
Since the idiots in the CVS home office decided to move the pharmacists in a "round robins" shake-up, I have issues having a spedific prescription filled. For the past three months, everytime I try to have this prescription refilled, I am told by either the pharmacist or a miserable bad attitude technician that no request was issued by my doctor's office. This response is a damn lie. I contact my doctors office everytime. The nurse that I have delt with for 25 years tells me she sent the prescription to CVS a week before I enquire. Last month the pharmacist flat out lied to my face. My doctors office confirmed the prescription was submitted for refill 6 days prior to my enquiry. I went 6 days without my prescription.
In the past, I use to get a txt from CVS informing me my prescription was to early to fill but was on hold, so at least I knew the prescription was submitted. Now I recieve nothing.
Desired outcome: Why can't CVS continue with txt messages concerning prescriptions to early to fill but on hold?

I have the extracare card as well as Carepass. If I checkout at the pharmacy and get a reward coupon and make a purchase within the store that very same day the reward will not work at the front register. I have been telling the cashier that I just got the reward in the pharmacy. No, it can't be used, a different CVS card number. So, now after a year or so, I have found that at the pharmacy I have 2 cards. The pharmacy is defaulting to an old card. NO ONE CAN FIX it. I have had 3 cashiers try. They tell me I have to combine the cards, I only see one card online. I called the "contact" option on your corporate site. There was no option that pertained to my issue so I chose CaresPass option. Chris listened but told me she could not correct it and sent me to department that I was on hold for over 15 minutes and so I hung up.
I am leaving CVS in every way. You closed the store closest to me, no one helps with such a minor problem. YOU are also WOKE, holding back on drugs that would save lives during covid.

I am on medication for depression..I ran out and had a prescription refilled..I called to have the pharmacy delivery meds twice and each time they told me that it was set for delivery..it is now over a week with my meds because each time I called for delivery it was never processed..I have been sick without my meds after years of taking them regularly..the. The sudden stop because of the horrible customer service and pharmacist..I'm still sick this day waiting..and have to wait two more days for delivery..this is unacceptable..
Desired outcome: Written up..class in customer service.. hiring qualified staff with customers service skills and a pharmacist that can do his job..
Building is dirty
I shop CVS in Grand Rapids, MI. Store #8291. It is dirty! Carpet filthy, trash cans outside the building are overflowing with garbage. The doors and windows are never washed. Rarely are there carts to use for shopping. Panhandling outside the door. It doesn’t feel safe! It shouldn’t be this way!
Desired outcome: Change the above to make shopping and using the pharmacy desirable! I use the pharmacy 2-3 times per month. Last visit 7/13/22,

I went into CVS pharmacy on Trabuco Plano, Trabuco canyon, California around 5:45pm pst.
We received a phone call yesterday to pick up my husband prescription. when I went to pick it up today I was told there wasn’t any for him the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were very rude to my girls and were yelling at them.

The store/ pharmacy is in walking distance to so many people.
It’s a small town where people can walk to get anything they need.
If it is closed or moved out of town people will not have the ease of walking to get their medication.

The people of Watsontown do not need a drive through but we do need a CVS! Please please please do not do this to the faithful customers that have been using this store for years. The staff is great and we love the store. Also so many elderly people need the close proximity of the local location.

The people who work in the Watsontown CVS are friendly and super helpful. You can depend on them to go out of their way to help you, even up and beyond what one would expect of an employee.

I been billed in may,june and now july for a carepass I do not have.I called customer service,they say I dont have a carepass account,they can not stop the billing.

Rude Treatment from Pharmacy Assistants
On July 11, 2022, at 425 PM, I went to the referenced store to purchase items using my reward pass. However, I needed to use the rest room (men's). On the door of the rest room was a sign that states, "OUT OF SERVICE". I decided to take a picture of the sign because it had been there for two weeks, but to my surprise, two employees came out of the men's room. I said to them, "So the rest room is closed to customers." One replied, "So what". The other rudely mumbled to me and went behind the pharmacy counter. One of the employees, who was rude to me, left the store as if he was getting off from work.
I believe I will transfer my prescriptions account to another store.
This store is VERY VERY NASTY, from the outside to the inside. It is usually understocked for diabetes items. I have attached pictures of this store:

Maxi pads (9 hrs) long super, 42 pads
Have used this product for years but have noticed lately that the product is falling apart in a much shorter period; sometimes 2 hours. The packaging claims that is 9 hours. I usually change it every 4 hours. There is obviously some defect or they are skimping on something. I love CVS and have never had an issue with their products before. This has been happening over the past several weeks (June, July).

I try to fill my medications every month at CVS on 162 Washington Street, North Haven CT 06473. THIS IS WHEN THE WILD GOOSE CHASE HAPPENS! I have to figure out which CVS pharmacy in the State of CT has this medication. Then (the [censored]ing prescription can’t be transferred) so I have to track down my doctor, wait another 2 weeks with no meds for him to finally send my 2nd prescription to the 2nd pharmacy carrying my medication. Then I have to drive all over the state of [censored]ing Connecticut to pick up my [censored]ing medications because my homebase [censored]ing pharmacy doesn’t [censored]ing carry my medications. So once a month I need to figure out what pharmacy has my medications. I live in North Haven, I travel to east haven, west haven, new haven, Milford, Hartford!
