CVS Customer service

I was at store 16015 to pick up 7 medications on 7-26-22 around 10am. I was told on Saturday my pills would be ready yesterday but when I called they said not until today. I called first to confirm there ready before going. When I get there I'm told my Adderall won't be ready until tomorrow. I did get upset asking why I keep getting told that there not all ready when the pharmacist told me to grow up which he repeated 5+ times when I asked for his name he said Steve when I asked for his last name he replied "it's one word Steve what don't you get" by this time there's at least 4 customers behind me and Steve just kept saying grow up to me. So I left by the time I got to the car I was in tears. I'm a 44 year old women who has been a loyal customer with nothing but great things to say about the staff. I have never had problems or been talked down to or humiliated the way I was this morning. Nobody deserves to feel the way he made me feel. I will be pulling my prescriptions out along with my family and I will let everyone know my experience. I was upset with getting told 1 date when it's actually 3 days later. Steve also treated me like a druggie saying he doesn't have to have my Adderall ready until Thursday so I should be happy to get them tomorrow. I really hope you look into this.

CVS Store Mgr at CVS on Kettleman in Lodi, CA

Hello,

My name is Carolyn Ross. I submitted a survey which included a complaint regarding your Manager "Z" at the CVS on Kettleman in Lodi, California. The next day I went into the store and this Manager stated " I heard about the complaint you made about me, after everything I do for you when you come in." He went on and on, I finally had to say "Stop" now your harrassing me.

He would not stop. I almost left the store. He also stated "and the pharmacy back there says things too". I said what are you talking about, I come in to pick up my Mother's prescriptions for her.

Desired outcome: Stop ongoing Harassment from this employee.

CVS Pharmacy and Store manager

I would like to let you know about the service and store manager you have on Dorothy Lane and Wilmington Pike Kettering Ohio. I called in a refill on Saturday July 16th for 2 prescriptions. Thursday July 21st i was finally texed to let know my prescriptions was ready for pickup. I called on Friday July 22 at 9:05 was on hold for over 35 minutes to be told only 1 prescription was filled and was told there was no others called in. I called myself for refills, like i have done for the past 11 years with this location. Finally i was told that i needed to call my physcians office also so we can get this handled and I was told to call back an hour after i spoke to the DRS office. I did this and was on hold one hour and 13 minutes and i also had my daughter go up and see if ready. I understand short staff, but oh my goodness that long on hold and then for a lady named shannon who said she was manager told her that it was stupid for her to come there and that my physcians office staff are lieing to me. I just would have liked someone to answer the phone or a recording saying they are busy but to call a customer stupid and to treat them this way when they are trying to help their mother is absolutely unprofessional. How an establishment that deals with customers on a daily basis has someone like that working for them to me is absolutely crazy. I normally don't complain but this is so uncalled for its ridiculous. Being in the customer service industry myself i would never have talked to a customer the way this person spoke to my daughter and granddaughter. I just felt that someone should hear about how your customers are being treated. Oh by the way there was only 4 other people in the store at this time. Thank you for taking the time to read this. CVS Pharmacy

I am an RN, calling from an inpatient treatment center, and have been waiting 16 minutes, listening to a loop of bad music, and a recording about COVID vaccines and the services I can get online or through the app. ANSWER THE PHONE! I am way too busy for this nonsense. If the problem is staffing, HIRE MORE PEOPLE! There is absolutely no excuse for a medical professional to be sitting here for this long and no one has bothered to answer the phone. I'm angry, to put it mildly.

Desired outcome: I want CVS to provide even a minimal amount of customer service.

CVS Customer Service

I received a fraudulent email purporting to be from CVS. Once I discovered it was fraudulent, I called my bank and cancelled the transaction. I then called CVS, with its large customer base, I thought CVS should know about the illegal use of their name and to the uneducated the improper use of their name. I called the nearest store and the clerk said call the Customer Service #[protected] which I did. After spending more than 20 minutes on hold, CVS Customer Service simply hung up. Whoever is reading this message will undoubtedly pay no heed to it and let your top executives continue to "earn" their six and seven figures, while paying you the reader a non-livable wage. Since CVS does supply interstate commerce through it pharmacy program, I will be filing a complaint with both Interstate Commerce Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. This type of negligent practice by large corporations must be stopped.

The courtesy of a response would be appreciated. Before you reject the idea of a response, think of how you would feel as a consumer if the same ineptness happened to you?

CVS pharmacy issues

CVS 800 hwy 96 bonaire ga

Date: July 18, 2020 @ 1000 hours. However, this is the third month in a row.

Since the idiots in the CVS home office decided to move the pharmacists in a "round robins" shake-up, I have issues having a spedific prescription filled. For the past three months, everytime I try to have this prescription refilled, I am told by either the pharmacist or a miserable bad attitude technician that no request was issued by my doctor's office. This response is a damn lie. I contact my doctors office everytime. The nurse that I have delt with for 25 years tells me she sent the prescription to CVS a week before I enquire. Last month the pharmacist flat out lied to my face. My doctors office confirmed the prescription was submitted for refill 6 days prior to my enquiry. I went 6 days without my prescription.

In the past, I use to get a txt from CVS informing me my prescription was to early to fill but was on hold, so at least I knew the prescription was submitted. Now I recieve nothing.

Desired outcome: Why can't CVS continue with txt messages concerning prescriptions to early to fill but on hold?

CVS Extracare card

I have the extracare card as well as Carepass. If I checkout at the pharmacy and get a reward coupon and make a purchase within the store that very same day the reward will not work at the front register. I have been telling the cashier that I just got the reward in the pharmacy. No, it can't be used, a different CVS card number. So, now after a year or so, I have found that at the pharmacy I have 2 cards. The pharmacy is defaulting to an old card. NO ONE CAN FIX it. I have had 3 cashiers try. They tell me I have to combine the cards, I only see one card online. I called the "contact" option on your corporate site. There was no option that pertained to my issue so I chose CaresPass option. Chris listened but told me she could not correct it and sent me to department that I was on hold for over 15 minutes and so I hung up.

I am leaving CVS in every way. You closed the store closest to me, no one helps with such a minor problem. YOU are also WOKE, holding back on drugs that would save lives during covid.

NO THANKS!

CVS Prescription medicine delivery

I am on medication for depression..I ran out and had a prescription refilled..I called to have the pharmacy delivery meds twice and each time they told me that it was set for delivery..it is now over a week with my meds because each time I called for delivery it was never processed..I have been sick without my meds after years of taking them regularly..the. The sudden stop because of the horrible customer service and pharmacist..I'm still sick this day waiting..and have to wait two more days for delivery..this is unacceptable..

CVS Building is dirty

I shop CVS in Grand Rapids, MI. Store #8291. It is dirty! Carpet filthy, trash cans outside the building are overflowing with garbage. The doors and windows are never washed. Rarely are there carts to use for shopping. Panhandling outside the door. It doesn’t feel safe! It shouldn’t be this way!

Desired outcome: Change the above to make shopping and using the pharmacy desirable! I use the pharmacy 2-3 times per month. Last visit 7/13/22,

CVS Store Closing!

This is where I fill my prescriptions. I am retired and buy many items at my local CVS. I could care less if we have a drive-thru …. PLEASE reconsider your decision to close our community CVS.

CVS Pharmacist and pharmacy tech

I went into CVS pharmacy on Trabuco Plano, Trabuco canyon, California around 5:45pm pst.

We received a phone call yesterday to pick up my husband prescription. when I went to pick it up today I was told there wasn’t any for him the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were very rude to my girls and were yelling at them.

I will not be coming to your store anymore to do business

CVS The closure of the Watsontown Pa location.

The store/ pharmacy is in walking distance to so many people.

It’s a small town where people can walk to get anything they need.

If it is closed or moved out of town people will not have the ease of walking to get their medication.

CVS Closing Watsontown PA store

The people of Watsontown do not need a drive through but we do need a CVS! Please please please do not do this to the faithful customers that have been using this store for years. The staff is great and we love the store. Also so many elderly people need the close proximity of the local location.

CVS Store closure

I just heard that you are closing Watsontown CVS. Our town relies on this store for easily accessible pharmacy and store items. I don't understand your need to close this store.

The people who work in the Watsontown CVS are friendly and super helpful. You can depend on them to go out of their way to help you, even up and beyond what one would expect of an employee.

Please reconsider your decision so we can keep our store open.
