Insurance being defaulted to secondary when there is no primary. My son has only had medical since the day he was born and cvs for some reason flagged his prescription refill to not be filled until resolved. I waited on hold with no response for a total of 30 minutes on 3 different calls to the cvs esplanade pharmacy. I was told the prescription would be ready by 8:23pm this evening and went at 8:45pm and was told there was no insurance card on file. Upon handing p. Vang my sons california health and wellness card, he proceeded to tell me that was the one they had on file already but there was another. I’m just baffled at the lack of staff and care at this cvs location. My son is out of albuterol and needs his breathing treatments. I would like to get this resolved asap.
