CVS - Minute clinic

In October, I suffered a life threatening illness, which included weeks of paralysis from the waist down. After way too much time, my primary id'd a bacterial blood infection as the cause. With physical therapy and antibiotics I recovered. Over the past few days, I experienced similar symptoms as preceded the paralysis. Determined to avoid a repeat, I looked up Minute Clinic, and specifically which ones do blood work. I made an appointment.

After an hour of history taking nonsense, the LPN refused to do the basic blood work which could save my life. A purported medical facility cannot act any more negligently than this.

Desired outcome: Full blood work within 24 hours.

CVS - Delivery

I ordered 7 items from cvs.com on 8-1-2021. Four of which were buy 1 get 1 free. My confirmation email was correct. What I received on 8-3-2021 was 5 items. Three irrelevant to the complaint and two not 4} of BOGO items. The packing slip stated all 4 were in this package. But not so. The order # in the packing slip was also different than the confirmation stated. I attempted numerous times over the next 3 days business days to reach cvs customer service through two phone numbers. Twice I reached a live person. The 1st rep gave me incorrect information on how to reach the dept I needed and the 2nd time, a rep took the 2 order numbers I offered, kept me on the line for a number of minutes, did not respond to my "hello? Hello?" And then the line dropped. Another time, after being on hold for over 9 minutes, the line rang as if being transferred and then dropped. I've also emailed cvs with no response. My local store only had the phone numbers I already had, same with my credit card company, Discover, when I reached out for assistance.
Discover recommended to contact NJ Attorney General.

Desired outcome: Receipt of the balance of my order by mail or a voucher two receive the two items at my local CVS
