Continuously filling for 3 month supply even though I have repeated asked for 1 month supply. Apparently on the few times I have accepted a 3 month supply they believe it provides a precedent to continue on with that. I have, in the past, received so much Warfarin that it would have carried me into the Zombie Apocalypse. Funny. Except that it is not. I would pick up a script and less than one month later would receive a text for another one. Both were 3 month supplies. Really? Good that Warfarin is not a narcotic.
Will receive 3 reminder texts that a script is ready and yet when I attempt to pick up, I am told that it is not ready. This happens so often that I no longer go until I know that they are ready via person to person conversation. Just got off the phone with person who, when I said that the 3 month supply was supposed to have been fixed twice before, her reply was that she was doing it now. No apology. Should I really trust that? Have repeatedly requested NON CHILD PROOF caps. Continually receive child proof caps. I can only get those off with a can opener. Is this a difficult request?
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Desired outcome: Service that is up to standards that were the norm when I first started with CVS.
