CVS Pharmacy/Bonita Springs, Florida (27841 Crown Lake

I called this afternoon to request a medication refill from the pharmacy. I got disconnected five times before i was able to speak to pharmacist. She said she was aware of the phone problems. She said the script could be ready by tomorrow. I asked if it was posssible to pick it up today. She said I would receive a message when it was ready today.

Before the pharmacy closes I am still holding on waiting for anyone to pick up the line to ask if I can pick up the scripts. NO ONE is picking up the phone and it has been 100 minutes. They close in 4 minutes.

This is unethical, unacceptable, and after speaking to your pharmacist, I am going to recommend highly that he move all of prescriptions to costco, or anyplace that has employees that work to serve their customers. Your service is unacceptable, and your pharmacist at Bonita Beach doesnt care.

We go to Mount Prospect, IL and our CVS there is run effeciently, and the pharmacist is great. So, I definitely know when a store is working with customers. They (CVS) just disconnected the phone line,

Desired outcome: Fire the pharmacist.

CVS Pharmacy

Sep 20th 11am, I have booked an appointment for my flu and Covid vaccine. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get the shot that is with a complaint to the pharmacy. It is ridiculous. You have one person the pharmacist to do the shots and fill prescription. You need to provide better service for your customer and this is been going on for years. Your company’s need to provide a better services. The CVS in Eatontown NJ. Or you will loose your customers.

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone leaving customers on holds for upwards of an hour before you finally give up. They do not fill prescriptions by promised date or time. Mine is currently 2 days late and they wouldn’t answer phone so I could find out why. Disgusting. I called yesterday for over an hour and today for 30 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened and it makes me want to take my business elsewhere

CVS Dextromethorphan 10mg, Levocetirizine 5mg

why is all CVS do not given you medication on time. My Docter send medication over on Monday 8/18/23 at 3pm on Tuesday at 1:45 it not ready . That medication that is not ready is dextromethorphan. The other medication is not up to be order. This is all the time at this CVS.

The name of other medication is Levocetirizine 5mg oral tablet is what the Docter send on Monday 9/18/23 to it was two medication send to cvs on Monday

CVS Racial prejudice

I am a patient at Qak Street Street Health . I attended a party given

9/15/23. I arrived at 12:00 pm. I sat in the main waiting area. There was

The staff started serving plates of food around 12:15. They brought every

Latino a plate of food. The servers walked by me numerous times, never once looked at me or asked me if I wanted food. After all the Latinos were served, the staff walked around with a clip board I assume was to take names of those that were there.

Not having been served food, it was obvious to me I was not getting any food

and was totally ignored. I walked to the front desk and explained that I was

Ignored and it was very rude.

At that point a serving staff came up and said “I didn’t know you wanted food”.

I thought that odd she would say that because she didn’t ask anyone else if

They wanted food. They were just served.

To me this was blatant racial prejudice. I am 6ft 6in tall and the only white person there and stood out. So how could I have been missed.

I don’t know what your mission statement is, but I would hope it is equality for

All patients. If it is you failed.

I think at the very least I should be given an apology and the staff be trained

CVS Pharmacy Closed on Sundays?

[protected]/ 11;45 am. Went to pick up needed RX at Elkton, VA location for illness only to find Pharmacy closed! They send you all kinds of texts but when it's something important you have to find out after driving there. During the week after 3pm good luck getting through to the Pharmacy on the phne - no one answers and when you get there only the Pharmacist and one technician are working. So today they are basically and stop and shop.

CVS Pharmacy

On 9-9-23 I went to the pharmacy to get my Pregablin 100mg. The manafacture that I take is Novadoz.They never give me the right manufacture. They always try to give me the maufacture Risin. The medicine doesn't work for me. They always say they cant get it when they order it. They say it will be in 2days. I wait for the 2 days go back up there to see if its in & it's not. I went one time to Walgreens one time to see if they could get it & they had it the next day. No problem at all.I know they are busy up there but they all are. I hate the people up there will not order my medicine right. I was hoping someone could get to the bottom of why I can never get my medicine without all the aggravation every month. CVS Seeking lawsuit!!! Two different psi that did a violation of hipaa!!! Complaint

I been a pharmacy customer for over 20 years at CVS, and im very disturbed of the psi you all have substituting at the CVS on 202 grayson hwy. This is the second time in 6 months thst the psi in charge blurted out my everyday medicine that i get from my specialist. I worked in the healthcare field for 20 yrs and i know a violation of hippa letting my medical status known. I will br going over the top until i get a resolution from this violation i was in the drive and the psi that was working 09/13/2023 at 6:58pm right before the drive thru closed i was already in line since 6:30pm i got the window at 6:55pm she asked my name, dob, and last four letters of my last name she told me one med was over the counter and i got two ready, i said ok then she had the audacity mind you. I have three cars behind me, and she asked me do i need my j*****, my special med. I told her you vioated hippa and i am making a charge against cvs phsrmarcy The pharmacist lady has dark brown hair and wears eyeglasses. I want to hear back asap before i meet with lawyers. CVS Website

In mid July I tried to print a copy of my vaccination records for travel purposes. At that time I noted that they had prescriptions on my profile that were not mine as I do not have prescriptions through CVS. The person's name and birthdate was listed. I then went to my vaccination records and noted that in addition to my vaccinations, this other person was also listed. When I try to print my covid card, this other person's name and birthdate come up and I could not print a vaccination card for me. Since discovering this I have spoken to over 20 people and have had 5 tickets created to solve this problem. Four of them were closed with them saying they closed the tickets because I did not respond to notifications that were sent requesting more information. I never received a text, and email or phone call requesting more information. However, I have made at least 20 phone calls and spent more than 20 hours on the phone with a multitude of customer service reps. My tickets have been expedited at least 5 times. After 8 weeks the issue is still not resolved. I need this by tomorrow (9/14) at the latest.
