CVS pharmacy dept

today was my first visit to the pharmacy in CVS on broadway, fairlawn, nj because the store i usually use is on fairlawn pky, saddle brook, nj and it is closing on Thursday. Well i found the pharmacy staff to be rude. semm to be totally unorganized. there was a line down the asile and only 1 person at register. the wait time was horrible. i have never experienced anything like it before. i'll be willing to possibly try it again and see how things go once they have some of the saddle brook staff there. if things don't improve i will have to have all my scripts treansfered tro another pharmacy. it's a shame been using CVS for over 10 years for both my husband and my self.

CVS Pharmacy assistant

The pharmacy assistant named barbara aka the mayor whic is written on her name tag i find to be not professional. Most of the time there are lines to pick up prescriptions customers have to wait while she conducts a lenghty conversation about their person lives and then continues to do things like move boxes walk away talk to other employees which is all non work related i am a lontime customer and i am considering moving my business to duane reade which i understand are much more professional and and cusomer oriented.The location i am refering to here is 4046 amboy road staten island ny

Desired outcome: EMPLOYEE SHOUD CONCENTRATE ON HER JOB RATHER THAN BEING THE MAYOR AND GETTING INTO PERSONEL CONVERSATIONS WHILE THERE IS A LINE OF PEOPLE ALSO THE TITLE OF THE MAYOR SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HER NAME TAG NICKNAMES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL

CVS Prescription availability

My doctor's office called to confirm prescription availability on 9.28/2023. They were told the prescription was not in stock on 9/28, but would be available on 9/29. It is now 10/02 and the prescription is still not available. I receive texts with a number to call if I need the prescription today, but no one answers the number and the call disconnects after 30 minutes of being on hold. I've been disconnected after 30 minutes of being on hold on 10 different calls. CVS Customer Calls calls have not gotten through to the pharmacy even when they try on the physician line. I was also told that the problem is that the pharmacy is overwhelmed by demand for Covid and Flu vaccine. While I am obviously ill (I can't eat until I have this prescription), I am only alerting you because I am filing a complaint with New York state and asking that CVS not be allowed to give Covid and Flu vaccines if it means their staff cannot provide prescriptions when promised and I am filing a complaint with as many regulatory and Social Media companies as I can.

Desired outcome: I want to know where I can get my prescription today. I personally would like the 30 Flatbush Avenue location closed until the problems at the pharmacy can be solved.

CVS cvs in pageland south carolina

we have been waiting a month for a perscription for a month but it is there internet or phone system my wife needs her med but they say they never got it so we had the doctor we send it nothing we went back to the doctors office they gave us a hard copy we took it to cvs said is was not right they sent a memo to the dr office they didnt get it finally someone from your office said it was ok and now we can pick it up after a month of running around also when mine come in they eigher call me or text me i can pickit up i go there its not ready yet wtf is going on the lady ahead of me they told her her perscription was ready she drove a hour and they didnt have it the lady behind me same thing i has since change were i get my meds from. there is a problem there that needs to br looked into.

CVS The 29 calls I got today looking for some lady

I received 29 calls today from CVS looking for this lady I kept on telling them wrong number. I hang up the phone and a different person called. I’m sick and don’t need to be annoyed by the Calls. I have all of there numbers and twice 2 people kept on calling so I blocked there number. I ASKED THE 29 CALLS THE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER AND STILL I GOT CALLS WITHIN 7 minutes or at times I hung up and a new guy calling look for Rose

CVS Vaccine administration

My husband and I went to the CVS on 206 Azusa Ave., Covina, CA today to receive COVID vaccines. We made an appointment online for 9-27-23 at 11:00 a.m. When we got there, before 11:00, we checked in. I talked to 2 groups of others, and they said they didn't have an appointment. We thought we would get in right away since it was after 11 at that point. They took all others (4) before us, so the appointment was useless. I would have expected the appointment would take precedence over the walk-ins. When they were all done, we finally got called in and I complained about it. But Connie told me that was the way it was done and I'd have to talk to Corporate about it. We were not happy and will not go back to that CVS again.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and these procedures changed.

CVS Duplicitous pharmacist

CVS @ 790 Jamacha Rd., El Cajon, CA

On or about 07/16/2023, my physician, Dr. Nita Paintal ordered a change of medications from Amphetamine Salts to Amphetamine Sulfate.

Months 07-08/23, the pharmacist told me that new script had never arrived.

09/23 month, the same pharmacist insisted that Amphetamine Salts & Amphetamine Sulfate were the same composition.

I thought it curious my doctor would write a different name for the prescription for the same medicine.

This last week, after a short time, online research, I found that that Amphetamine Sulfate in NOT the same as Amphetamine Salts, as the pharmacist had said!

Amphetamine Sulfate = Generic Evekeo

Amphetamine Salts = Generic Adderall

I no longer trust the word of the local CVS pharmacist; perhaps CVS, HRS needs to better vet the pharmacist!

CVS Trying to get a prescription filled

I visited the doctor on Friday, September 22, and requested that all 5 prescriptions she gave me be sent to CVS pharmacy on University City Blvd. in Blacksburg, VA. The pharmacy sent me a text telling me that my prescriptions would be ready for pickup at 4:00pm. When I arrived at the pharmacy shortly after 4pm, the pharmacy was closed. They had posted a sign saying that they had closed at 2:00pm but would reopen on 9/23/2023. When I arrived at the pharmacy this morning, 9/23/2023, they were closed again. I went inside and asked what the problem was and was informed that the pharmacy is closed until Monday, 9/25/2023. I was told that the CVS pharmacy on S. Main Street in Blacksburg could fill my prescriptions. When I called to see how long it would be before they could fill them, the automated system informed me that that location's pharmacy was also closed. I called the Christiansburg, VA location to ask them to transfer the prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I was told that my prescriptions are "in process" at the original Blacksburg location that I had requested, and because they are "in process" there's nothing they can do to help me. I understand that the prescriptions were entered into the system but there's nobody to actually process them. CVS Pharmacy needs to have some sort of "back up plan" in place in the event that one of their locations is closed. This has the potential to be a dangerous situation for your pharmacy patients. I will never use CVS pharmacy again.

Desired outcome: Put a plan in place immediately to ensure that if a location is closed, a different location can fill the prescriptions even if they are "in process" through the location that is now closed.

CVS Pharmacy/Bonita Springs, Florida (27841 Crown Lake

I called this afternoon to request a medication refill from the pharmacy. I got disconnected five times before i was able to speak to pharmacist. She said she was aware of the phone problems. She said the script could be ready by tomorrow. I asked if it was posssible to pick it up today. She said I would receive a message when it was ready today.

Before the pharmacy closes I am still holding on waiting for anyone to pick up the line to ask if I can pick up the scripts. NO ONE is picking up the phone and it has been 100 minutes. They close in 4 minutes.

This is unethical, unacceptable, and after speaking to your pharmacist, I am going to recommend highly that he move all of prescriptions to costco, or anyplace that has employees that work to serve their customers. Your service is unacceptable, and your pharmacist at Bonita Beach doesnt care.

We go to Mount Prospect, IL and our CVS there is run effeciently, and the pharmacist is great. So, I definitely know when a store is working with customers. They (CVS) just disconnected the phone line,

Desired outcome: Fire the pharmacist.

CVS Pharmacy

Sep 20th 11am, I have booked an appointment for my flu and Covid vaccine. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get the shot that is with a complaint to the pharmacy. It is ridiculous. You have one person the pharmacist to do the shots and fill prescription. You need to provide better service for your customer and this is been going on for years. Your company’s need to provide a better services. The CVS in Eatontown NJ. Or you will loose your customers.
