Customer service
Received a 40% coupon yesterday (10/10, expires on 10/11) and called customer service since it does not work. Rep was useless and could not resolve issue. Extremely frustrating.
Rep could not help and management all in meeting, how convenient.
I do quit a bit of shopping and should be treating much better than I was today.
You will be losing a great customer.
Desired outcome: would like problem resolved and be able to use what was sent via email.
Pharmacy
I was refused service at 645 by the pharmacy team at CVS pharmacy . The pharmacy hours were not being honored by the employees. I was told that the pharmacy had to close at 7 and the staff was overloaded and had to off the clock I'm assuming at 7 and they needed time to clean. There were several customers already awaiting with myself several minutes beforehand and no one acknowledged our existence. When asked to speak to a manager a few more minutes passed and we were briefly addressed that this is CVS policy and if there's any issues contact corporate. That's absurd! I have been in surgery after suffering from life threatening I injuries and am in need of my post open medication and I'm now suffering for what?
? This is not fair and no apology will rectify the issue; considering the prescriptions were faxed and I have no way to take them elsewhere. Please note I'm considering legal action for your malpractice!

I am from Indianapolis, IN and use CVS @ 8405 Southeastern Av. The pharmacy drive thru has been closed now for 3 weeks. The wait lines inside are ridiculous. Tonight on arrival there were 10 people ahead of me, 35 minute wait. When I left there were 16 people in line. Who has time for this. I was going to try delivery but who has 8 hours one day to stay home waiting on a delivery. I think corporate needs to look into this. Bad business. I know people don't want to work but figure it out. The lady at the register was working her tail off. That is not fair to your employees and you WI owe customers and employees. Trust e!

Pharmacy
We have gone to this pharmacy on numerous occasions to pick up prescriptions and we have been completely unsatisfied. We understand about being closed for lunch time but that should be done out of site. Everytime the technicians are seen in the front counter laughing and joking and telling customers they must wait until the lunch period is over. This leads to customers being frustrated and provides CVS with a bad image.
Desired outcome: If the technicians are on lunch break, they should place a sign at the front counter and they should be out of site.

I am writing this for the many customers of the following store: CVS, 605 N.
Main St., Fuquay Varina, NC 27526. The few employees in this location are
working extremely hard to fill prescriptions, give shots, and assist customers
in many ways. Many prescriptions are in the "process" for several days. The
pharmacy closes early as well as the store due to the small staff..
Please help this store get more employees quickly. These employees
work very hard but they need help. Many of your customers will soon switch
pharmacies if there isn't an improvement.

10/5/23 filled a prescription for Paxlovid at CVS pharmacy located at 8801 Linebaugh Ave Tampa, FL 33626. The expiration date on the box was crossed out and changed with blue marker from 9/2023 to 3/2024. According to the CDC this date for my specific lot GJ5185 should have been adjusted to 1/2024. Customer should be told this is happening and shown the reasoning for it.
Desired outcome: Check their practices. They should be notifying patients that this is being done before dispensing to them. This is not the first issue I have had.
Pharmacy
The pharmacy lists closure from 1:30 -2pm. Tge time was 1:30pm. I decided to wait nearby. Meanwhile, a woman stepped to the wait line and was attended by the young man who came up to the counter; a transaction was completed. I stood in line to wait under the impression that i would be attended. At that point a caucasian woman employee from behind counter advised the young man that the pharmacy was closed; so I was not serviced. She ensured the shelf behind him was closed and told me I could return at 2pm. I advised them that they needed to be consistent with adhering to their policy so as to not appear discriminatory in their practices.
Desired outcome: I would like a verbal apology from both employees for 1) the disregard to their policy and 2) for the I discriminate choice they participated in. I would like a written acknowledgement of this complaint with resolution to my concern.
Pharmacist needs to be talked to and complaint needs to be filed in his folder - maybe he needs to be fired

Why am I not allowed to buy this medication 1 pill for every day of the month? Why am I restricted to less than 1 day a month? I am being told that I am at my limit and I have not even had 1 every day for 30 days. I have allergies, Ragweed is a problem and you are not letting me get medication for it! I went to the CVS located in Carver, MA and was denied a purchase and told I was over my limit. How is that possible?
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to buy this medication today!
Vaccines
I went to CVS Pharmacy at 221 Frederica Street in Owensboro KY 42301 store #7940 on Sept 30, 2023, and they asked me if I wanted to get a flu vaccine, a covid vaccine, and an RSV vaccine? I was also informed insurance companies sometimes do not pay for an RSV vaccine. Anyway, my insurance approved to pay for all three vaccines. The Pharmacist gave me all three vaccines that day [protected]. I got so sick from the three vaccines, Fever, chills, bone pain, body aches, nausea and a mild rash that laid me up in bed for three days. CVS Pharmacist should have not given me all three vaccines on the same day. I later discovered from looking information up online that the RSV vaccine should have been given a few days after the covid and flu vaccine I was not informed this information at the pharmacy. If one cannot trust a pharmacist that is supposed to have a medical degree, then who can one trust? Don't get three vaccines in one day!

today was my first visit to the pharmacy in CVS on broadway, fairlawn, nj because the store i usually use is on fairlawn pky, saddle brook, nj and it is closing on Thursday. Well i found the pharmacy staff to be rude. semm to be totally unorganized. there was a line down the asile and only 1 person at register. the wait time was horrible. i have never experienced anything like it before. i'll be willing to possibly try it again and see how things go once they have some of the saddle brook staff there. if things don't improve i will have to have all my scripts treansfered tro another pharmacy. it's a shame been using CVS for over 10 years for both my husband and my self.

The pharmacy assistant named barbara aka the mayor whic is written on her name tag i find to be not professional. Most of the time there are lines to pick up prescriptions customers have to wait while she conducts a lenghty conversation about their person lives and then continues to do things like move boxes walk away talk to other employees which is all non work related i am a lontime customer and i am considering moving my business to duane reade which i understand are much more professional and and cusomer oriented.The location i am refering to here is 4046 amboy road staten island ny
