I'd like to make a complaint on a employee - Xavier, unprofessional. Very lax about performing his duties, seemed very uncaring, like i was bothering him, also he had a fellow employee or possibly may have been a friend sitting on the counter talking to him. I also went there to drop off an Amazon UPS Return. Did not scan it in. All other times I've had returns for UPS, the employees immediately scan in my return.
