10.2.23. Shih Tzu has very deep eye ulcer and needs drops 8 times per day. Called CVS to ascertain that product was available prior to contacting Vet Hospital 1.3 hours away. CVS said that product was in stock. Had Vet Hospital call in RX for Atropine Eye Drops 1%, 5 ml which I was currently using. Went to pick up. Waited 25 minutes. Was told that they didn't allow Good Rx for PETS. Mentioned that I had picked up a pet Rx earlier at a local supermarket and they had no problem. Was told that it was CVS policy. I asked what was the difference and tech just shrugged. Please make your users aware of CVS Discriminatory Policies Towards Pets and Their Owners. On your site, the Atropine Eye Drops 1%, 5 ml is listed for $20.25. I paid $24.49 and it was only when I returned home and opened the bag, that I realized they had given me 2-2 ml bottles for that price which means that unknown to me, I was shorted 1 ml and paid excess. With your coupon, I would have paid $4.05 per ml. Instead, CVS had me pay $24.49 or $6.12 per ml, a significant difference. I would like an acknowledgment of this email and a response from you company. I feel take in by a 'bait and switch'. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
Desired outcome: A refund of $6.12 as well as an explanation as to how this situation will be resolved nationally going forward.
