I should have known, after we placed order, employee asked if she could help us again. We were in drive thru. I asked for a Carmel Frappe, and received a Mocha Frappe, as chocolate makes me sick. I told the employee, she looked dumbfounded, as English isn't her 1st language. She took it, gave it back to me the same Frappe. They had taken the whip cream off, and added a little new with Carmel on top. The Frappe was still Mocha. I'm so over Burger King. Last week, no syrup. Always something. You've lost a customer.
