I went in to get my two free whoppers on 12 31 2019 at 4 pm that I had the coupon with me and also order Two more Whoppers. I had ordered the two coupon ones and she put the fries and drinks on the receipt. I then had to go back in after to order onion rings because I forgot to buy them. I got home and found only 2 Whoppers in the bag, not four as I had asked. I went back to talk to someone about the error. I found out later Sky was the cashier and the manager that served me. Though she had no name tag or that she was a manager. She treated me like it was My fault and she Denied that I ever ordered two more Whoppers when I was there. I was not given anything for what happened and now my whole family does not wish to go to this Burger King Ever again due to her attitude to Customers! It is hard to be polite or use bad language when you are treated like crap at a restaurant that you had been going to for a few years and wish to continue going to.
