The whole store in general and another nearby store
Transaction id [protected]-030631 ever since covid your stores are either closed or understaffed, I went tonight and the store I went to was understaffed, out of coca cola, coke zero and the sprite tasted like crap, the buns are always stale no matter where I go, the store on state road 436 in casselberry/ winter park is always closed and when they are open the doors are locked and are forced to go thru the drive thru and the products they serve are nasty, your slogan says have it your way, well its really hard to have it my way when people are not trained properly and the stores are not stocked up with coke products, the store manager was transferred from the casslebery location to the university store, whoever owns or manages these stores should not be in their position, vey bad customer service on their end. Now I can see why they are closing stores down, the meat is dried out and the buns stale and no soft drinks, I guess it will be another several years befor I go back to a burger king, at least mc donalds has fresh hot french fries and hot food and fresh buns and ample coke products, you really need to step up your game.

Disgusting service
Ordered breakfast. 2 for 4 sandwich. And 2 for 5 sandwiches. Drive thru. Got home to sandwiches were missing. Returned humbly to get missing sandwiches. The Burger King at 301 N. Hwy 17-92 Longwood FL 32750 does not have a 5 digit store number on the receipt so we could not complete the survey. We do not want the free Whopper we wanted to tell corporate the deplorable condition of the building and the the dirty windows and the Whopper we got was not flamed broiled and the meat was gray looking.
We have not gone to this Burger King for several months because we have gone to the store in the past and no one came on the the order board in the drive through. This store is an embarrassment to the Burger King brand.

Just left your store in Okahumpka Fl and it was the worst food ever, and service was the same, and just a poor the employees didn't give a damm either. Never going to one again. I worked at a Burger King in the 60's and we have pride in what we served, but not anymore. I am appalled and disgusted. I am a mute so I had to go inside to order and even with my voice machine the cashier could not understand so I wrote my order down and low and behold she still managed to mess it up. Total lack of caring in service and the food and its presentation were something that was just gross.

Purchased American chicken sandwich 1/17/23 at your location in Emmaus PA. When I arrived home I realized that there was no chicken in the sandwich. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. I was hungry so I ate what I received. What can I do at this point? I also did not receive a receipt so I have no info except to say that the purchase occurred around 2:05-2:10 pm on 1/17/23.
Desired outcome: Coupon for a free sandwich at the very least.

Just thought you should know, I haven't been back to BK in over 32 years because I ordered a couple of cheese burgers to go... when i opened them the had been microwaved so the tomato and lettuce was wilted ant melted into the cheese. I vowed never to go back to BK and I haven't and I've told nimerois people about my experience... is there a lesson there?
PS... I live in a rather small town that has a BK and I have yet to step through it's doors in 30 yrs... JIB and MCD get my business...

Do to being pressed for time, last week my wife and I visited the local burger king (kamuela, hawaii) to grab your terrific spicy chicken sandwich.
We ordered two sandwiches and a small diet soda. The bill was over $26... Not a typo. $26 and change.
Frankly, i'm amazed my local burger king is still open.
Burger king advertises specials on national tv to which we in hawaii are not entitled. I suggest you either stop the advertising in those areas where the special prices don't apply or subsidize those stores in hawaii/alaska/et al. With a net worth of >$7 billion I think you can afford it...

Apparently there some kind of timer as to how long someone waits at the drive thru window. To circumvent this process you are asked to pull forward whether you are the only one in line or not.
